Rusty was excellent! He arrived on time and fixed it in short order. He made sure the system was working again and gave me some good pointers for extending the system. He told me what system I had and what year it was and it was good to know it was not as old as I thought it was. I have used Bradham Brothers several times and they have always been excellent. They once fixed my system for $150.00 when another company told me I needed a whole new one for thousands! This was about 4 years ago and it is still running. I would use anyone from Bradham Bros. again, but Rusty was great and my little dachshund was unusually unstressed by him. I hope to ask for Rusty again.

Bradham Brothers was a pleasure to work with. My HVAC system was about twenty years old and needed to be replaced. Rodney (who is one of the founders of the company) came out to give me an estimate. He was very competent and genuine and right away I knew like I was dealing with an honest company. That was very important to me considering the investment I was about to make in new equipment. The installation crew was also very professional and did a good job. Great service and great company.

Not only was the sales team professional, courteous, and timely in returning phone calls, so was the installation crew. They showed up right on time on the appointed day, and got the entire installation done before 5pm. i don't think I had the most complicated job ever, but it is really nice when everything goes so well. They also didn't try to sell me a bunch of un-needed upgrades that would have been pointless in an old house. Would definitely hire Bradham again.

Bradham Brothers is a great company. The salesman was very knowledgeable and worked with me to provide all of the details I asked for regarding the specifications on the units, various cost and energy efficiency options, etc. They also worked around our schedule to do the installation work on a day that was convenient for us. The crew that did the work was great. They had a large number of workers and completed the entire install of a new furnace and cooling system all in one day. We could not have been happier. I work in the Commercial Real Estate Property Management business and know technicians that worked for Bradham in the past and have known the company for over 20 years. They are very good at what they do as is reflected in their ratings. You won't go wrong in using them for all of your HVAC needs.

Brad ham brothers did an amazing job. Not only did they come in over $10,000 less than the first vendor we spoke with, they got our dead in the water AC back up and running so we weren't miserable while we waited for our new units to be installed. Work crews were very professional. Our sales guy Randy was very straight forward and I never had the feeling he was trying to get us to buy more than we needed.

I awoke to a cold house and a non-functioning furnace. They arrived within 1 1/2 hours of my call on a Saturday morning. The tech diagnosed the problem in short order and the repair was completed within another hour. Very quick resolution.

I contacted Bradham Brothers for a quote to replace my heat and AC unit for my rental property. I chose them based on Angie's List Rating as well as a personal reference. A salesman came to my property and quickly got back to me with a quote to replace both the furnace and the AC unit. They were higher priced than what I expected, but because of the recommendation I decided to use them to replace the furnace. I could not afford to replace both units because of the high price I was quoted so only opted to replace the furnace for the time being. Because I live out of state I expressed my concern about not being able to be on site during the replacement and I requested I be contacted about the progress being made at my home, I was assured that would not be a problem. They came out to my property 2 days later and started the work. I was not contacted by the company to let me know what happened that day so I assumed the work was going ok. The following day I received a phone call from my tenant stating there was still no heat in the home and according to them the workers showed up the first day at 9am and only removed the old unit and left at 3:30p and would return the next day. The workers then showed up the following day and according to the tenants they went to the back yard for several minutes then went to lunch. I contacted Bradham Brothers to inquire on the happenings going on at my property and why had I not been contacted on anything that was going on. After 2 days and several phone calls later our tenants finally had heat. After asking for the owner to contact me regarding my experience I still have not received a phone call from them to discuss my issues and it has been 2 weeks since the replacement.

I called Bradham Brothers this afternoon when my heating unit was making a loud noise. Kathy was very polite on the phone when calling. They were at my house not even hour later. Charlie the service tech was very professional and went into extensive detail about all the test he was conducting. He was very thorough. I would highly recommend this company. I will use them for future use.

I just decided to perform maintenance on our heating system for the 1st time since we moved in (over 3 years ago). After reviewing Angie's list, I bypased other companies offering cheap rates & chose Bradham based on their overall stellar reviews (over 90% A's). When I called in, I was told there was a cancellation today, or I could have an appt. in 2 weeks. I took the slot today. As promised, I was called when the technician was on his way, and he showed up exactly at 1pm as scheduled. The technician did an amazingly thorough job, and spent over 2 hours servicing the system. He went over everything he checked, showed me pictures he took on his phone, and said everything was in excellent shape. In addition, he provided me with extra filters for my vents. I mentioned our air conditioning drains are getting buried under dirt, and he cut them, cut roots that were causing them to bow, and did his best to create a drainage channel for them - all free of charge. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Bradham Brothers. The price was more expensive than a "quickie" check, but it's worth it. I will be calling them in the spring to service my A/C units.

Wonderful experience! I made my first call to Bradham Brothers at 11:39 A.M. today. It's is now only 1:39 P.M. Technician has already come, completed his work, and is gone. Amazing!!! I have NEVER had such prompt, courteous, professional attention with any Heating & Air company in my life! It was so nice when I made the call to actually speak with a person. She was very nice and patient and definitely presents a huge plus for the company right of the bat! Our technician, Alex, was Awesome! Very nice, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He explained everything that he had done, provided recommendations, and answered all the questions that we had. I can't say enough about the positive experience that I have had with this company. Will DEFINITELY be calling them for any future needs. Thanks so much!!!!

She said that they "will not get involved for repairs in real estate transaction because it gets complicated" which I don't understand at all. Why would it be complicated if the repairs are done properly? This rubbed me the wrong way and made me question the quality of the work. I will never try to use this company again

They were great! After several estimates we decided to go with Bradham after the way everything was explained to us. Everything was explained so we could understand it and didn't try to oversell or sell us something we didn't need. We were extremely happy with the installation and the follow up! The city inspector didn't show up when expected after I had waited all day and they even got them to come out the very next morning so I wouldn't miss work again!! Customer service was excellent!!

The a/c unit outside stopped working late one night. I called at 7 the next morning. One of my favorite things about this company is that a live person always answers the phone after hours. They are also always pleasant and sympathetic. Dispatch called me back at 7:30 a.m. and said that someone could come first thing. The technician arrived at about 8:45 and quickly figured out the problem. He then had to leave to go buy the replacement motor and (of course) it started pouring before he got back. He waited until the rain slacked off a bit (although it was definitely still raining) and then installed the part. It was under warranty so this was all free to me. He was very nice and polite and kept me well-informed of what was going on. The whole process took less than 2 hours, and it would have been even faster if it had not rained.

The reps are always punctual and professional. I've been very happy with their serivce.

I called in the morning about water leaking and accumulating below the AC unit. The technician came out that same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He performed maintenance and installed the safety shutoff. I appreciate the quick response.

Bradham Brothers Inc are excellent and I've been using them since 1999. They are responsive, reasonable, professional, and do what they say they are going to do. I use them all the time.

They were very nice and professional. Since we had to wait a few weeks to have it replaced due to their schedule and ours they came out and filled our old units up with freon so we would not be too hot in the mean time. The communications was good. They cleaned up afterwards. Only compliant I had was when I went outside one of the workers was smoking on my driveway and I asked him to take it up to the street and he did so without problem.
