Description of Work: Estimate: I called and talked with Jeff and explained that my upstairs A/C was not working. He suggested that I get a replacement estimate and they would give me the estimate and determine if it could be repaired and that would save me the $90 service fee. I did not prompt this discussion but that was what was offered. I was then transferred to Shelby to book the appointment who told me that I needed to have the service fee if they were to determine it repairable and then the replacement if needed. And what was suggested to me by Jeff was wrong...she then talked to Jeff and said they were saying the same thing...? I felt I was getting a runaround...

WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION. WE WOULD HAVE SENT A SERVICE TECH TO TROUBLE SHOOT AND FIND THE PROBLEM WITH THE BROKEN A/C. THE CUSTOMER WOULD THEN HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE OPTION TO REPAIR OR GET AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE EQUIPMENT. OUR ESTIMATORS DO NOT WORK ON THE EQUIPMENT. THE ESTIMATOR WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE EQUIPMENT WITH A CREDIT FOR THE $80.00 DIAGNOSTIC PREVIOUSLY CHARGED IF WE INSTALLED NEW EQUIPMENT.
