Donell was extremely professional, kind and prompt. He came out to give a quote and then we needed a physical survey to confirm lot lines. Afterward, he came back out free of charge to revise the quote. He quickly sent a written estimate of the job and was able to come install within a few weeks. Wasn’t home when fence installed and there were a few issues -gates cutting into ground, when fixed had open screw holes. But they were available via phone and worked to get everything right.

Highly recommended. Great price, great work. Donell was very easy to communicate with, was generous in his helping with a few extra fence repairs in addition the new install we needed. A lot of fence companies are booked for weeks. Best Rate is a smaller operation, which in this case just meant they were able to do the job quicker, cheaper, and the quality was great.
