Donnell came out in person to survey and work up an estimate (other companies could not be reached or bothered, did receive another estimate based on phone call with measurements I provided). I paid for materials directly. Donnell picked up materials and delivered. Job was scheduled, Donnell came out day before just to ensure everything was ready. Straightened line (old fence had not been done that way), build included a gate which was installed with hardware). Completed job on time and for price quoted. Wood fence with dog-ear pickets, looks great! Would recommend and use again.

During that time, we discussed revamping the curb appeal for my yard. He removed the old mulch and replaced it with stone in addition to some general maintenance work with the yard. In addition he came back and added a ramp and lattice around the shed to discourage critters from getting under it. I can’t thank Donell for his commitment to doing the job right and making sure his customers are happy. I have many future projects on my list and I will surely seek his assistance again.

This is my second review for Best Rate Fences. I originally hired Donell to install a fence for me last year. His work was outstanding and by far the "best rate" I had received during my search. When I was looking for someone to install my shed I reached out to Donell and he agreed to help. As usual, Donell starting gathering what was needed for the base and even went to the store I was purchasing the shed from to see it and to make sure he had everything he needed to get the job completed. . His professionalism and honesty is rare in this day and time. I trust him to do the work at a fair price and highly recommended his services.
