Good. Quick service. Cleaned up very well after completion.

I would recommend them. They came out, estimated, did the work, and I'm happy.

I called them on Tuesday and they sprayed on Thursday. I was not home when they came but it really helped the worm infestation in the trees.

We have always been pleased with their work. It has always turned out well and they are very professional.

After my initial phone call, Dave came and evaluated the trees on the property. In about a week I received an e-mail with the job estimate. Within a week of accepting the proposal a crew came and very efficiently performed the job and cleaned up nicely when they were done.

Representative came over to give me a quote. Wasn't anything he could do for me. Made some suggestions to help and then never followed through with the suggestions.

Bartlett Tree Expert Co. was expensive but very good. Bartlett Tree Expert Co. was very professional. They did a good job cleaning up. They can provide a large crew or a small crew depending on what you need. I would use them in the future.

They have done work for us before. They are very knowledgeable and had someone come out to do the assessment of work needed which we felt was reasonable. There were a couple things that the workers missed and after letting them know they came right back out to finish up. Overall this company has demonstrated their knowledge and competence for the work they do.

Dave Barbour came out to give me a quote on August 12th. I asked him on the spot to schedule the work, and he thought it would be done within a week to 10 days. After three weeks, I called him to follow-up. At that time, Dave said they had been busy but the work would be done in the next week to 10 days. (Every time I called, no one in the office had any idea who I was and I had to leave a message for Dave, who then would call me back the next day). After six weeks, I gave up and moved on to other projects. On October 23rd, I got an email from Dave asking for clarification of what work I needed done and saying "he hoped they could get to my house the next week". They did the work on October 27th. The stumps were not ground that day, so I emailed Dave to ask why, and he said the stumps were handled and invoiced separately (something he had never mentioned before). I was not home when the work was done but it seemed to be done properly and the debris was all cleaned up. They did not remove one of the dead trees I asked them to and Dave adjusted my invoice accordingly. The invoice system seems to move much faster than the rest of the company, as I received two invoices within a week of the work being done.

I called David Powell to look at a few trees that were killed in last year's drought. He took his time walking the property with me, told me how each was doing and provided good advice in several areas. We agreed that 2 trees and several bushes needed to be removed. He had someone out at the house the next day!

Excellent - the local manager came and spent over an hour walking around our property and detailing exactly what should be done, which was actually less than we thought needed to be done. Provided us with a detailed listing of everything to be done. The workers came on schedule and knew exactly what to do.

I was very pleased with the results. Excellent crew that completed the large job quickly. I rated pricing as B because you could probably find a cheaper tree removal service but with Bartlett, you are also getting David Powell's tree expertise and a very professional crew which is worth the few extra dollars. I will definitely call Bartlett again when I clear out more trees.

What I like about them is that they are on time and their price is fair. They are a very professional company and are great with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bartlett Tree is fantastic. They told me exactly what was wrong, what would bee needed to fix the issues, what couldn't be fixed this year because we were too late in the season, faxed me detailed info on the diseases affecting my trees, discussed the treatment options and what would be safe for our pets, and didn't try to sell us more than we needed. They are exceptional in every way!!

Mr. Powel is very accommodating. The company is very friendly and nice.

I have been using Bartlett for about 19 years and their quality of work is excellent. They really care about my trees, shrubs and my whole yard.

We have used them for tree trimming in the past. These trees needed some fertilizing after we had a large landscape project done in our front yard. We had the roots treated as recommended by our landscaper and by Bartlett. They are always professional and their quotes are competitive with other large companies.

THEY WERE ON TIME, THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. GENEROUSLY SPENT A GOOD DEAL OF TIME EXPLAINING CARE & FEEDING OF SEVERAL BUSHES & TREES ON OUR PROPERTY. I FELT CONFIDENT OF THEIR CORRECTIVE WORK. A LITTLE DISCOURAGED BY THE PRICING HOWEVER.

MY PURPOSE WAS TO THIN-OUT THE TREES AT THE REAR OF MY HOUSE TO IMPROVE THE ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE PROPERTY, LET IN MORE LIGHT, REDUCE HAZARDOUS DEAD TREES & LIMBS AND YET SAVE THE BEST TREES THAT WOULD KEEP THE WOODED FEEL OF THE PROPERTY AND PROVIDE THE BEST FUTURE GROWTH POTENTIAL. DAVE POWELL, LOCAL MANAGER & A CERTIFIED ARBORIST, GAVE THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE AND MUCH HELPFUL ADVICE ON THE TREES TO REMOVE VERSUS THOSE TO PRUNE AND SAVE. DAVE DIRECTED THE SIX PERSON CREW ON THE DAY OF THE WORK, AND ALTHOUGH HE DID NOT STAY FOR THE WHOLE JOB, I BELIEVE THE SUPERVISOR HE CHOSE WAS VERY CAPABLE. WORK WAS DONE TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION, WITH NO DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE, FENCE OR OTHER PLANTS, AND THE SITE WAS CLEANED THOROUGHLY. AT MY REQUEST, THEY LEFT ONE TRUCKLOAD OF CHIPS AND THE DEAD CHERRY CUT FOR FIREWOOD. DAVE PROVIDED PROOF OF INSURANCE BEFOREHAND & THE JOB WAS DONE WHEN PROMISED FOR THE PRICE QUOTED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
