Description of Work: Garage door broke on the way up so I was trapped at home. I called at 8:30, was told they would "work me in." Workman diagnosed problem with one glance..a broken bar. Replaced brackets at both ends, lubricated track and the opener pulley. Finished and gone by 11:00!!! Very pleased.

This situation has occurred before where customers contact another garage door company with a name similar to our own. We receive a lot of disgruntled customers from this other company and a lot of times they were misled to believing the other company was us. Description of Work: 1st tech came out and adjust all springs and lubed door, but we still had the problem the next day. Called them and another tech was there in 30 minutes checked everything, tested the door and the capacitor blew while he was here. Very professional. Excellent company.

Description of Work: Replaced broken garage door opener that had become a painful, daily ritual to open and close. Previous door opener was poorly installed. Can't say enough good things about the Overhead Door repair team. Very professional, great value for the installation charge with top of the line product replacements. Had lots of different price breaks to select from in terms of products. Courteous, efficient, and installed on time as promised with no extra-charge surprises at the end. Installation went very smoothly in less than an hour. No gimmicks; just great customer service and listening to the customer's needs.
