Well, they did a good job with what they did. They were just replacing the garage doors. I have no idea what garage door normally cost. With most stuff, you never pay what you want to pay for it, it's always more than what you want to pay for it.

Very well. Only thing I would suggest is that they ask how high you want the mounted keypad. Mine is a little higher than I would have liked, but that is just my preference.

The company scheduled a technician for the following day after my call.He arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally.The total cost was $232. which seemed very reasonable.The technicians are all insured and well trained to solve any garage door problem.I would highly recommend this Swedish owned company for anything related to garage doors.

Excellent. Tim showed up on time and ready to go. He had been to my house for a previous service and he remembered me and was very professional. He did all the work necessary. He explained how to best maintain my system going forward. Very great service and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Called twice and was told twice that someone would get back to me to set an appointment. Never received a courtesy call. Never received an appointment call back. When I called AGAIN, I was told only one person could provide any information about electric gate openers and he was just too busy. If that is how they treat a customer before they do the work, I can only imagine how bad it would be after. I have since found a great guy. Got the work done exactly when he said he would for the price he quoted and it works perfectly. Call 3M Gate and Access!

We needed to replace our 30 year old wooden garage door. Overhead helped us select a new one and installed it. They are very easy to work with. Totally professional - from the initial visit, through scheduling and installation. We were kept informed along every step. This could not have been a better installation.

We had the Overhead Garage Door Company come out and service the unit. The Garage door opener was working but was sticking. We waited two days for the repairman to come out for the scheduled appointment. The repairman came and talked to my husband. After inspecting the unit, he told my husband the opener needed a new motor, it would have to be ordered and then promptly left. My husband was not impressed. He went outside to close the garage door and it made a horrible noise and would not close. He immediately called the Overhead Garage Door Company and they said they would send the guy back out, but he didn't do any damage. It was obvious at that point that the unit would have to be replaced. Since we were not comfortable with how the repairman acted in the original service call, we cancelled him coming back out and called The Garage Doctor instead. The Garage Doctor came right out and installed and new opener that works great.

These guys know what they're doing. Their company is solid and they're good.

Called Overhead Door after receiving them as a referral from a neighbor/friend. Spoke with both Tracy and John who were very courteous and helpful. John walked me through how to reprogram my remote controls myself before they had to come out and take a look at it in person. His instructions were detailed and worked the 1st time! They were wonderful about working with me so that I didn't have to pay for the estimate in person. I respect and appreciate their willingness to work with me over the phone before having to send someone out. THANK YOU!

FANTASTIC service. Had used another provider in past with terrible results. This time all went without problems and by a team of professionals. Wouldn't use anyone else. They know their business

It went well. Punctual and prices of repair were very reasonable.

My double garage door malfunctioned over the weekend and became inoperable to the point where I had to prop a large step ladder against it from the inside in order to keep it in a vertical position. I called the Overhead Garage Door company first thing on Monday and explained that we needed service asap, so they put me on the first-available list and said to expect a call before the tech was dispatched. That afternoon I received a call from Jessie, who arrived shortly later in an Overhead Door company truck wearing a matching logo'd uniform (be aware of other companies with "similar" names operating in the area). He was able to get everything repaired & operational again. Jessie was friendly, professional, and was able to finish the repair a lot faster than I had expected. He was also fair & didn't try to oversell (ie, replacing panels, etc).

With broken spring, could not get cars out. Called service and was immediately scheduled as a "work in." Advised not to try to open door with pull latch. Technician called and arrived when he said he would. Work was completed promptly and professionally. This is an outstanding company...I have used it before and will never use another. Call them before you call anybody else.

I've used them many times in the past. They are very good.
