They send you a report on everything they did and added as well as before and after pictures.

They did a great job. I am a very happy customer and I would highly recommend them.

It went as well as you could expect any construction project to go. The project manager did a great job of keeping us informed. The scheduler was on top of items and making sure that the tasks were followed in the proper sequence. We were very happy with the final outcome and they were quick to respond to any questions we had after the installation was completed. The final product came out fantastic and we're all extremely excited and love our new pool. We would highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan Pools to anybody looking for a new pool.

It went really well. They would notify me when the work was being done. The subs were always there when Anthony & Sylvan said they would be. They completed the work in a timely manner. If any problems came up, they were quick to respond and correct any issues. We were very happy with the pool and have enjoyed it this summer very much. If we had to build another pool, I would hire Anthony & Sylvan again and would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Everything went really well. Our expectations were that there would be a lot of challenges throughout the process, but our salesperson and project manager were very prompt and addressed all the questions and concerns that we had. Everything went smoothly throughout the 10 week process. It was a very positive experience and way easier than we expected.

It went perfect. Once it was installed and filled a trainer came out and went over everything with us. It was fantastic. The project coordinator Ray was in constant touch with us. Patty also helped coordinator was a behind the scenes unsung hero, and there was no delay. Ray also stills stop by to check on us and the pool to make sure we are still satisfied even after two years. They are extremely flexible. At one point we changed the dimensions and they still finished on schedule.

The installation really went well, nice design & we now have a very beautiful pool; They have a unique landscape plan & created an interesting design for our backyard. All Anthony & Sylvan pool's staffs are extremely knowledgeable & professional.

We're extremely satisfied, they are always updating us through e-mail and they made a good quality of work.

They started off great with our initial impression of their business but ended up with a much less than par quality product. All in all, I wish I would have chosen a different company to build my family's pool. I ended up with a great looking pool during the day but a horrible looking pool at night, due to a major design error by their salesman/designer Tim Clark.

They first came in December, but they didn't finish until June. The pool itself is great, the grading was not so good. The pool itself is beautiful. The pool is great. The grading of the surrounding property was not satisfactory. They put dirt on the neighbors property. The grading for the drainage was not good. The quality of the pool would be an A. They were supposed to have it done in 8 weeks and it was June before they finished.

They started and completed the project within the timeline they specified and the quality of the workmanship is excellent.

It went well, except that we found out a few items that we paid for were not installed. Overall it is a decent pool.

It went very good. Their supervisor was very informative and kept us updated on every step. The attention to detail was excellent. The workers were very attentive and followed through on everything. They got here when they said they would and stayed until the job was done.

The overall product and the quality of the work was just outstanding. If you're going to invest such a high dollar amount into a pool I would definitely recommend Anthony & Sylvan.

They kept in constant communication with. It was a great experience. There was never any question. Any time i called and left a message they get back to me that same day. You can't change the weather, but they kept in communication if there was a delay and on top of when they'd be back to work. We actually had a bad part on our pool about a year later, they came right out and fixed it no question asked.

It was a fair price. He was very good, neat, clean. He came in, did his job and left. When he left, the area was nicely done. He had a family issue and couldn't come to the first appointment but came on the Sunday.

It went wonderful, I could not be happier. The design of the pool is great. The salesman wasn't pushy at all. The project manager was here everyday and happily answered all of our questions. The project coordinator was wonderful as well.

Everything went very well, service was excellent and i don't have any complaints, i would highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan Pools; they were very nice to work with, very respectful of our property, scheduling was prompt, i was always informed of the their work schedule. their scheduler party was very good to work with. Excellent job they do and i have no complaints.

It was great. On a scale of 1-10 They were a 10. We had no issues. Both Brian the sales person and Patty the scheduler did a great job.

It went well. We're very happy with it. The sales rep got out to our house promptly, he was very responsive. He gave me the quotes quickly. They all handled it wonderfully.

I called them and they said they were in the area and came out right away. They didn't charge us for it and it only took them about an hour to repair the grout.

They were very professional, always followed up with reports and photographs as to the progress of the pool installation. Their follow up after the service has also been excellent and they were there to answer any questions.
