Anthony & Sylvan was really professional and every step of the project was completed on time as scheduled. Every person I dealt with, from Jason (designer) to Ray (project manager) to Patti (scheduler - who I'd love to be best friends with) to Justin (pool technician who always helps me anytime)....they were all so helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and just overall a joy to work with. I can't say enough about how great this company is. I installed a pool years ago at a different house with a different pool company and it was a disaster. Anthony & Sylvan stands head and shoulders above the rest. Their work is impeccable. I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful! The initial sales call with Ron was wonderful and very informative. Even when we started construction, Ron will still come by and check on how things were progressing. Wayne, our project manager, was also great and would stop by weekly to give us updates. The pool is beautiful and we love it. You can see great attention to detail in their quality of work!

A&S were very easy to work with from the design work and throughout the construction process. The project manager kept in close contact with us and delivered a beautiful pool within the time frame that was quoted. Any concerns that I had were quickly addressed and remedied. From our first meeting with their design consultant, through every phase of planning and construction, we were blessed with the epitome of customer service and professionalism. Their employees and sub-contractors were punctual, courteous and efficient. The result is a pool that we're exceptionally pleased with.

Overall a very good experience with A&S. The pre-sales design person was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us towards the design we were looking for, he was also very responsive and punctual. The overall project timeline was exactly where I originally requested. There were some occasional communication issues on sub-contracted work and project management but nothing that isn't to be expected for this type of project. The sub-contractors were very professional and eager to assist however they could. The major plus for using this company is the warranty and the comfort and knowing that they have been in the business for a very long time and aren't going anywhere soon. The after build "pool school" was great and they have been responsive to our needs after the work was done. Always available to answer any questions we have.

It went very well with updates on a weekly basis and expectations set at the beginning of the process. From the sales process to the final sign off Anthony and Silvan made sure we were happy with the final product. Excellent work!!!

For such a large project, we were extremely pleased at how professional and excellent all involved with the project were. We would highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan pools.

Our pool was installed in 1985 with a plastered finish. Over the years, the color/paint of the pool started to deteriorate, giving the pool a mottled appearance that was not very pretty. We contacted Anthony and Sylvan (A&S) about resurfacing the pool. After some discussion about whether to re-plaster the pool or refinish it with Pebble Tec, we opted for the Pebble Tec due to the overall look and the length of the warranty (15 years) compared to a plaster finish (3 years). We did have to wait about 4 weeks after signing the contract due to the work load that A&S was already committed to. The first phase was draining the pool and that went well. An employee was there to oversee the drainage of the pool. The next step was the prep. The workers that came to prep the pool were very efficient and completed the job in one day. This included checking for any "hollow'' spots, etching the pool, and washing it down. The finish crew came in 3 days later to put the new finish on. They also were very efficient and completed the job the same day. The finish was sprayed on and then troweled over and over to make sure the finish was smooth. The workers cleaned up the job site and left it neat and clean. The following day another crew came in to power wash everything and do final clean up. We refilled the pool and have been enjoying the "new" pool very much. The finish llooks great and the water now has a blue look like that of the waters in the Caribbean.

Overall, working with Anthony and Sylvan was terrific! Here's a bit of background on our experience.... We had just built a new home and had an absolutely horrible experience with our home builder, so we were hesitant to go ahead and do more contract work, even though we had always planned on building a pool. We even picked our lot based on that. We had met with Anthony and Sylvan over a year before we even moved into our home and were very impressed with Bryan and decided to go ahead with building our pool and spa. He even honored the price quote he gave us over a year before. He knew we'd been through so many unnecessary delays and beyond awful project management with our builder, so I think he put in extra care to make sure we would have a completely different experience with our pool build. ( By the way, I want to be clear that Anthony and Sylvan was in no way connected to our home builder). The process was completely different with A&S! After having our production meeting with Bryan and our site manager, they started the following week and continued to have their subs show up in seamless succession. Patty, the project scheduler, was absolutely terrific and was always very responsive to our calls when we had questions about what came next. The only reason I didn't give an A on responsiveness is that we did have some minor issues that came up with the concrete sub and our site manager, who was terrific during the first half of construction, was not getting back to us as promptly during the second half. The project was finished on time except for some minor things (mastic, which didn't have any affect on using the pool). They even came to our house to have "pool school" after the pool was filled. This was a huge help considering we had never had a pool before. They have also been very responsive to minor things that have come up after the pool was finished and I truly believe they will stand behind their warranty and insure customer satisfaction. I am so glad that we went ahead with building our pool and spa with A&S.

Excellent pool build from start to finish. Our Anthony and Sylvan team was efficient in the process and quickly contacted us to address any questions or concerns. We felt that they listened to what we wanted to have built and helped us achieve it, adjusting to our changes as we went along. I would higly recommend this company, starting with Brian Syvrud, our pool design consultant.

We spoke to many different pool companies and everyone was within a few thousand dollars, so price wasn't a substantial factor. Ultimately, we selected Anthony & Sylvan for two reasons: our pool designer, Brian Syvrud who was phenomenal & Anthony & Sylvan’s longevity in the market place. Amazingly, everyone who was a part of the entire build process & possessed a "customer first" attitude. I had dozens of questions and various request throughout the process and everyone was very patient and helpful. I'm certain I caused our PM (Ray) & our resource coordinator, more then a few gray hairs, but they were exceptional to work with. The general manager, Kevin, even spent some time onsite. All of the subcontractors were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly they were respectful of our property. I would highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan to anyone considering a swimming pool.

It started out a little rocky in the fall of last year when the sales rep was a no show after I had taken the day off work. I called and they sent another sales rep out that afternoon. Jason got there and did a great job. Jason and Ray our project manager came out about a month ago and laid the pool out and 2 weeks later ( due to our time schedule) started the pool. They had the hole dug in one day, then plumbed and shot gunite yesterday! All of this was done in 3 weeks! We are very pleased thus far!! They have been great to work with! I will update as thing move forward. I will also add pics since that was one thing I wanted to see when we started interviewing companies. We went with A & S because they have been in business for so many years and the prices were all about the same.

Went great! We had interviewed a few different pool contractors and once we met with Brian and worked through his ideas for our design we were sold! The team was fantastic from one day one. Everything occurred exactly as they explained it would. Different crews came in, did their work, cleaned up and prepped for the next crew. Our site manager, Steen, was always available to us and checked in frequently in person and via text/email. Patty was the coordinator and hands down was our best friend during this process. Patty always proactively reached out to us and made sure everything was take care of in a timely fashion. As with any construction project you are at the mercy of mother-nature. Patty and Steen always stayed in contact and as soon as the torrential down pours stopped they had the crews right back out there! When the pool was completed, Justin handled "pool school" - such a great guy and even now, after all is completed, he still helps us and answers our questions! This was our first time building a pool and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan. A great group of people who really care about their work!

12/1/2015- the consult process was fabulous. Brian listens well and enjoys his job.? Would employ him for other design opportunities for sure.? This company did not provide the resources required for its project engineer to be successful. Their crew was limited and thinly stretched.? Project engineer was professional in his approach and through his frustrations but he was not able to be responsive and punctual.? Our expectation was the job would have been completed by the time our company was scheduled to arrive and that date was not met due to the lack of crew members and resources for the project engineer.? The pool is beautiful and well enjoyed.? The design included a curved?ramp with a rail into the pool which was a spectacular addition to the design and we are so glad we did it.? Once concern is the gunnite at the top of the pool.? We feel it may deteriorate and should have most likely been finished with another material.? All in all the pool has been greatly enjoyed by all ages...2 - 92!? Thanks Brian! 1/12/16- Very professional, knowledgeable and customer satisfaction focused. This company went above and beyond to address past concerns and ensure we were happy with the overall product. Kudos for companies who provide continuous improvement!

Felicia from Anthony & Sylvan was very professional and courteous. She emailed me my original pool design with all the specs of my pool and provided me the contact information where I could buy the tile replacement.
