Anthony & Sylvan Pools

I thought it was outstanding I thing they did an amazing job. From the design to the install, there wasn't any surprises. I would encourage anyone to use them, they knew exactly what they were going. I really thought they were great and i was really impressed.

We had a project manager throughout the construction, and then a full instruction on how to use it. They delivered on everything they said they were going to. The project was actually completed ahead of schedule! I had a point of contact, but there are multiple people that I was able to reach if I have any needs. It was a fabulous experience, and I'm not easily impressed! Price was competitive and the quality is excellent! I have recommended them to neighbors.

It was a very good service. They came out, explained everything, kept us appraised along the way, stayed on schedule and they did what they said they would do. They really made the whole process very easy and had good follow up after the service. The project manager, Ray Kennedy, was very attentive, courteous, respectful, and was able to answer all my questions.

We had a great experience, they did a wonderful job, and we had a great summer with our pool.

It went well. They arrived on time, finished it quickly and even sooner than they originally said. There was only one little problem with the pump they put in, but they sent someone out right away and fixed it up.

It went wonderfully. The crew was very attentive, responsible and clean. They really knew what they were doing from start to finish and we were very pleased with the entire process and the end result.

Great. I can't say enough about how wonderful and easy working with this company was. Our swimming Pool and jacuzzi was built by Anthony & Sylvan. They were very fast in getting it done and very responsive during the entire process. I highly recommend Brian as a salesperson. He is patient, professional and a pleasure to work with. The district manager Kevin also makes it a priority to check in with the customers and is ready to resolve any issues that may arise. They all work together in a very efficient way putting their customers first. Cory who dies their surrounding work does a great job of working with the team and also usa pleasure to work with. My thanks to Patty the amazing scheduler, Brian my salesman, Ray who checks up on progress, Jevin the district manager and Justin the engineer who helps you once pool is built.

I would like to give a heads up to anyone considering doing business with Anthony & Sylvan pools. I requested a call from A&S via their website. Their Lead Manager responded quickly. During our conversation she asked me if I knew what product I wanted. I told her I wanted a fiberglass pool with saltwater filtration system. She took my information and set up the appointment for the consultation. Today the salesman (consultant) came to my house. Within 30 minutes of arriving he asked what kind of pool I wanted. I told him I was interested in fiberglass with salt water. He said we should go to another company. He said they have only installed one fiberglass pool in the last 4 years and their crews are not trained to install fiberglass. Clearly this is a bait and switch scenario. Their elaborate website claims they install several types of in-ground pools, including fiberglass. We asked why the Lead Manager would set up a consultation with us when they don't sell what we want. The salesman\consultant said the Lead Manager is a company employee and isn't permitted to not set up an appointment.

Excellently. From the very beginning to the end, they made sure that we were informed and if we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. The crews were superb, very professional, respectful of our property and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Anythony & Sylvan.

We were very pleased and our pool is great. Everyone says, it?s the prettiest pool they have ever seen.

It went very well. The design and everything went great.

The representative showed up early, which is a huge plus for me. He was very professional. After listening to what my wife and I had to say, he created a computer rendering of a prototype for a pool in our yard. It was very well done! If they hadn't been the most expensive (by $20,000) option, perhaps we would have chosen them.

They went above and beyond my expectations. Followed up on any concerns and made sure I was happy at every step during the process.

The whole process was super easy. They were very good at keeping up. They were always there when they said they were going to be. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Anthony & Sylvan is an amazing pool builder, top notch and #1 in my book. They were very organized and the contractors on their team are hands down the best at what they do. My wife and I are very happy we chose Anthony & Sylvan to help us achieve our little slice of paradise.

They were very efficient. I was really impressed with how timely they got the work done. This is the 2nd pool We've installed in my lifetime and this one is superb. When they say this is a life time pool, they mean it's a lifetime pool. It by far is a superior pool. We looked at three different pool builders, and choose Anthony & Sylvan their cost and their willingness to give us exactly we wanted. Just very professional. We like that they had a supervisor what we could go to at any stage of the operation, that was in charge of our project. He made it all happen. They gave us exactly what we wanted. Even the inspectors were impressed! We were very impressed by their scheduler, Patty. She worked with the 5-6 contractors and scheduled it with out any questions. Always kept us informed of any delays, very open with communications. Patty just pulled it all together.

We interviewed and priced 3 companies. Jason at Anthony Sylvan really listened to what we wanted. He redid the drawings when we changed our mind and got us a great price. It took a bit longer to get the cement in - but that was due to weather issues - not anything they could have prevented.

I had a service issue with my pool equipment and Justin came out and took care of it, explained what happened and how to make sure it didn't happen again! He was responsive and timely. Since everything he needed access to was outside he was able to come when I wasn't even home, keeping me from having to disrupt my work schedule. I was thrilled!!

Everything went perfectly. They did quality work, they showed up when they said they would. Everything went to schedule and I was kept well informed throughout the installation.

I thought they were fantastic. They were timely, very responsive to any issues we pick up on. What's more important is the responsive once the job was done as when they were doing the job. I had small issues and they were there in a matter of 24 hrs and followed-up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with the experience. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Everything from start to finish was 5 star. From the sales person to the construction crew to the orientation gentleman, and the project manager were great to work with. They were just very accommodating to my schedule. It was a new home for us and we were not down there that often. The constant communication and even held up the end of the project so I could be there after my vacation.

The salesman/pool designer, Bryan, deserves the true accolades. He was the best salesman I have dealt with. He was not pushy and gave me a quality product. I would not have used them if not for Bryan.

It went very well. They were very professional, timely and responsive.

If I had to do it over again, I would still choose Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but them; they are pretty good at what they do.

It was great. The sales guy Brian was great and not pushy. We gave him elements of what we wanted, he designed it for us. He still answers calls and emails. The manager was great as well, and keeps in touch. They efficient, kind, professional, and cleaned up well each day. We had a really good experience, and would definitely recommend to others. The office lady was great and letting us know what was going on, with the project.
