Description of Work: Cost was $0 because I have a 1-year maintenance agreement that was paid for in May 2015--$279.65. They completed the 2nd of my 2 prepaid maintenance agreement visits for my 2 furnaces which entailed checking electrical components, clean unit, drain line, clean coils, checked safety components, clean flame sensor, checked refrigerant. Determined upstairs unit was low on refrigerant. |I have been using Andersen Heating & Cooling since May, 2014.

Description of Work: They replaced all of the duct work in the lower level of the home and the plenum boxes were replaced. They also added an air filtration system to our hvac.

Description of Work: Have used Andersen for an HVAC maintenance program since the home was built 6 years ago. They did the original installation. The annual maintenance is around $285. Have needed them to come out a few times over the years to fix small issues, and while the maintenance charge does not cover these other service calls, you do get a discount and assurance they will get to you pretty quick. Finally needed a new A/C unit this year and they provided a discount tied to the time we have had the maintenance. Did not shop around since the air was out and temps in the 90's. They came back and had the new unit in and operating within 2 days.

Description of Work: CLEANED 2 FURNACES AND AIR CONDITIONERS. CAME RIGHT AWAY WHEN MEMBER HAD A PROBLEM WITH AIR CONDITIONER.

Description of Work: THEY FIXED A PROBLEM THAT IVE BEEN HAVING FOR OVER FOUR YEARS. IT WAS SO SIMPLE, NO ONE ELSE EVEN WOULD EVEN THINK OF IT . THEY FIXED IT FOR UNDER $100, THE LAST TIME SOMEONE TRIED TO TAKE CARE OF IT IT WAS OVER $400.
