I was surprised at the efficiency of the technician. I sent him a couple pictures and I expected him to come out to give me an estimate and that's it. He got to my house, looked at what i needed done and told me he could do it right there and then. He was finished within 45 minutes. His price was much less than i had budgeted in my head. Another plumber who I contacted made it sound like this would be an extremely difficult job where I needed to break into my wall behind my shower, so i was expecting it to be more.

RB did an excellent, professional job in all aspects of this project. In addition, he made several recommendations for additional work that did actually need to be done - replacement of a deteriorated dish washer hose that was close to bursting and installation of a water pressure regulator that should have been done long ago. These recommendations were both sound and were both sorely needed. We appreciated his bringing these to our attention. Pricing was very reasonable as well. We would definitely hire this company again.

He had help as with a couple plumbing repair in our property as well as other properties that I work for and he work is always great and the price is affordable. I recommend him to my friends as well

The toilet had flushing problem and that was fixed, the bottom of the seat was moving, that was fixed also.

John help me repair my kitchen sink, refrigerator water line a bathtub clogging. He was effective and did an amazing job. I will use his service again in the future.

Waiting to see if the rain comes, what will happen but hopefully maybe the problem is fixed

I have a classic set of four cross-handles for a tub/shower. Bath and shower hot side would not stop dripping. Some plumbers said to just replace the set. I was not interested in that. John took the handles apart and replaced the failed $2 rubber bushings. Labor was ~$200 but that seemed fair. Would surely use him again.

The response to my request for quote was very fast and I was able to get a preferred date and time for the service. Our toilet needed replacement and the technician was very friendly, professional and efficient. The toilet replacement was done well and quickly and the old toilet was hauled away without any need for cleanup. He even was able to repair our garbage disposal on the spot without having to come back for a second trip. As a nice little bonus, he let our daughter observe the repair and was kind enough to let her participate!

The technician was awesome. He was professional and walked me through the process. He told me the cost upfront and answered all my questions. Additionally, he asked key questions ahead of time to make sure that he had sufficiently priced out my project. I would definitely use again.

R.B came out slightly earlier than expected which was a boon. I only expected an estimate but he was able to start right away. I needed a new faucet and a new bath spout. He did it quickly and efficiently.

I've used John the Plumber for many services. They are always very polite and take great care when coming into my home by using protective shoes and cleaning up after themselves. I've most recently used them to replace my water heater and was satisfied as usual. They have price matched a couple of big projects I had done, so their pricing is very reasonable as they try to work with you.

Good work, responsive, and fair price

He offered to replace 4 shower and bath faucet cartridges rather than whole system, and did that for $215 (lower than others)> When shower handle clogged within warranty period, he came and fixed this at no charge, even though the cause was debris that was not his fault. Wil surely call for other plumbing issues.
