Great service. I originally thought I needed a new spigot, but turns out a component just needed to be fixed. Very honest. Will call again for all of my plumbing needs.

He is very good, came on time, and had the right equipment. He fixed it very quickly and did a very clean and nice job. He knew what he was doing and I would highly recommend him.

It was so good, he was very helpful very smart and kind, he know-s what to do when things go wrong, he never made a mistake, he has good pricings and he is a very good plumber!

They were extremely responsive. They said when they would arrive, was on time and quickly installed my new kitchen faucet and fixed the bathroom shower faucet. I would definitely recommend and hire them again.

We arranged for him to arrive at 8:00 pm. Around 7:50 pm he called to say he was on the way but was going to be there around 9:00 pm! I was frustrated because I worked OT and was tired, now I had to wait much later for him after a very long day. I understand delays, but he should have called earlier than 7:50 pm.

Great service, very responsive, professional, and reasonable price. RB contacted me almost instantly when I made a service request, scheduled an estimate for the next morning, quickly assessed the issue and provided an estimate for a fair price. (And also pointed out code non-compliance by the previous installer.) The supplier made an error (and supplier admitted their error), which required an extra trip and re-install with the right unit. RB got the job done efficiently and professionally. I’d definitely hire him again and have already referred him to another friend.

Extremely well. Technician was very well schooled in his trade, very personable and easy to talk with. He provided a fairly detailed explanation of what was taking place as he completed the work. I could not have ask for a more knowledgeable and hard working guy.

Amazing work done in quick time. He gave me a quote and was able to replace my unit on the same day. He also replaced it in half the time. They set fair expectations and delivered over the bar. The price was also better than anything I’d seen after a fair amount of searching. Overall, a fantastic experience.

RB did a great job installing our sump pump and battery backup. He made scheduling easy and installed very quickly and trained me thoroughly on operation afterwards. John the Plumber has been an excellent value for us and we would highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE! My original appointment was for 10am. No one called to confirm my appointment, so I called the morning of the appointment. When someone answered the phone he seemed to be confused about me having an appointment, and asked if they could come at a different time the same day or the next day. I told him that they could come by the same day at 2pm. He said no problem. I called at 2:02pm to see if the technician was on his way, and the lady on the phone asked me if he could reschedule the same day, but after 3pm, because he was not going to come at 2pm. I told her no, and that I called them because they have great reviews on Angie's List. I have been waiting for the technician since 10am this morning and he was a "no show". Please don't waste your time calling this company for service, because they will not show-up anyway.

It was excellent and fair priced. RB is thoughtful, patient and provides solid advice. We will be using him when we need plumbing done again.

Excellent service. We have called Bawla to perform major plumbing installations in our new house twice now and the results have been fantastic both times. He was readily available, flexible, and the prices were fair. He walked through the items with us, provided advice and recommendations, and even made adjustments to our systems to make it run more efficiently (changing PSI of the water pressure and lowering the max water heater temp) without even being asked. Bawla's experience and expertise clearly shows, and we exclusively use his service for all of our plumbing needs.

Bawla is amazing, he went above and beyond when installing our washer and dryer, which we moved from their previous location to the basement. Not only did he hook up the washer & dryer perfectly, but he replaced copper pipes, and even sealed off an old well pipe that hadn't been used in years, but left it so the pipe could be reused at a later date if we wanted. We absolutely trust him to do everything plumbing related in our house. Highly recommended.

John realized the dire situation I was in with a leak under my sink. It was late evening when we connected and he agreed to take a look at the issue. With 90 minutes of my call, he had arrived diagnosed the issue drove to get q replacement faucet and installed it. I am so grateful. I would definitely hire him again!

The check valve on my sump pump broke after a recent heavy storm, and needed to be fixed quickly. I called John the Plumber on a Sunday and they showed up to my house the next day. RB cleaned the well and replaced the valve quickly. It was excellent service at a great price.

It was rough going at first.The way the house was built,there was no access panel to get the old water heater out without taking the furnace out too,so they had to cut out an access panel.The water heater is perfect
