AMERICAN GUTTER & ROOF CLEANING

I used American Gutter first about two years ago as the gutters in my back kept getting clogged with leaves from nearby trees. Woody came out and gave a very competitive price. The only hitch was that he was delayed by about 90 minutes on the day of service. Fast forward to 2013 and one of my front gutters was completely clogged. I thought I needed the same leaf guard but could not understand why as there are no trees in the front. Woody came out and said that the clog was due to a bird's nest. He cleaned it free of charge. He also said emphatically that I did not need gutter guards in the front. I was very impressed by his professionalism.

On the phone Woody Tison (the owner) and I negotiated an estimated price, and due a illness on my part, a 4 day window and time that he could verify what was said. Two days later at the appointed time he arrived after another project. He and one assistant were able to better the original job (3 years old - whole house replacement guters) in about 15 minutes and he checked all the other joints and cleaned the downspouts so they would flow freely. When he presented me the bill it was 1/2 of what we had negotiated and when I asked he had me confused with a different customer but was going to stay with the lower figure. I would not let him do this and we split the difference. Everyone is happy, the work is first class and he did not charge for the extras. I will use this company again as I am sure, in trying to sell my house, that somthing else will come up. This is one man and company that I trust.

I was pretty happy with them. He came on time and did what they had promised. It was pleasant working with them.

They arrived on-time and performed the service for the minimum estimated value.

He was here when he said he would be and he was very reasonable, I wouldn't have done the work myself for the price he charged me, I thought it was worth more. He had a wonderful personality, hard worker and dependable.

I called Woody and he called me back promptly. He's a nice guy, listened to my request, and we settled on a date when I thought the leaves would be (mostly) finished falling. The work was done when we agreed, I didn't need to be home, and they left a bill in the mailbox. They cleared out a drainage pipe (I don't know if that is the official term) that was blocked and now the water runs freely. It was a great experience from start to finish. I will use them again to install rain barrels in the summer.

I called Woody Tison on Wednesday November 28th to clean my gutters. He scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Showed up on time , cleaned the first and second floor gutters. The second floor gutter was drooping in one section and he adjusted it with few screws. He was quick and left the yard very neat.

Woody and team did extremely well. Prompt, on-time, helpful and very fair. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I called Woody on Saturday morning (come to find out later, it was before actual business hours... so thanks!) and he came out on Wednesday. He told me that based on what I had explained about my gutters, that it would be $125. He left a message that the gutters looked well maintained but noted that they were missing some hooks. He also added that my roof was in good shape and he did not see any problems. He even went as far as to repair the gutters with the necessary hooks at no additional charge. He left the invoice in the mailbox and told me to wait until the next rainstorm to make sure that I was satisfied before I paid it.

Due to my business travel schedule, Woody worked with me to come out on a Saturday morning and perform the work. Since it hasn't rained yet since he left, I don't know if there are any plug-ups. However from the past times (since 2008) that Woody has done this work, I have never had any problems. Also, Woody is good at cleaning up the pine needles and leaves that he digs out of the gutters before he leaves. I especially like that I don't have to pick up after him. I will continue to use Woody Tison's company for many years forward.

It went very well. Woody looked at the house and gave me a price but it turned out to be less since the gutters were very clean. There was two areas where birds built a nest and Woody cleared it out. He was very professional, honest and I will use him again.

I called Woody on 5/15 around 5pm. He answered the phone and explained the costs involved, depending on the size of the house. We made an appointment for him to come by at 5/17. He arrived a few minutes early. Very friendly guy. Unlike the previous companies I've hired in the past, Woody doesn't clamber all over the roof with a water hose. Rather, he works from a ladder (much safer, in my opinion) and uses tools as well as water to clean the gutters. He was here approximately two hours and his $135 fee was well worth it. The gutters look better than they've ever been.

Woody is awesome! He showed up on time, took care of everything quickly and with minimal noise and impact on our day, cleaned up after himself and offered some recommendations on replacing come bits that we didn't know had been damaged. He was also able to give us a quote on a rain barrel and offered some discussion points as to placement. It actually ended up costing less than the quote on the phone as we didn't have as much debris as we thought in the gutters, and he accounted for that (who ends up wanting less money in this day?). It's rare to find someone so genial and easy to work with, and I expect we'll continue to use him and recommend him to others.

My gutters in the front on the sides of my house were clogged pretty badly -I have a lot of pine trees behind my house, so I get a lot of pine needles in my gutters. I called the company and got an appointment a couple of days later. Woody was extremely courteous, cordial and professional. He and his assistant cleaned my gutters and left the areas around my house free of any debris. They went over and above in my opinion by neatening up some mulch in the front of my house as well! Woody also gave me some tips about when to know it was time to clean my gutters. I will definitely use them again!

Woody and his crew were early for the appointment. They cleaned all of my gutters and performed the services we discussed over the phone. Total job took about 1 hour. The price quoted was exactly what he charged. They were very professional and courteous. I will be using them again for future jobs.

He was very friendly, courteous and professional. We did have a bit of trouble getting in touch with each other after the 2nd part of the job. He hadn't returned my call in a week, but it was because he was on vacation and the person taking his messages didn't let him know. Whatever the reason, he called back, apologized a good bit and offered to come back to see what else could be done with my front gutters. Both the 2nd time and the 3rd time (first visit was only to clean my back gutters), he said I could pay him after the first big rain -- to see how it was working. That at least made me feel like he would stick around-- not like some companies that never check back with you after they do a job. I'm not sure what the 3rd visit will cost yet because it hasn't rained during the day where I can see if his fix is working. I don't expect the bill to be outrageous, but the fact is that we didn't discuss it so I don't know what to expect.

Woody called on Saturday morning and said that he was available. He quoted me a fair price on the phone based on my description. He came over and took a look and we agreed that what he quoted me over the phone was going to be the price. He did the work that afternoon in 2 1/2 hours. He cleaned up after himself. He didn't need any help and he had everything that he needed. He was courteous and polite. I enjoyed having him come over and do the work.

Very well, I would definitely use him again.

They were good. The gutters are fine. They did a good job. I didn’t have any problems with them.

Have been using a competitor for gutter cleaning for years. After some missteps with them regarding scheduling, decided to try another gutter cleaning company and called Mr. Tison's company for an estimate. Spoke to him on a Monday and he scheduled us for the following Wednesday. He arrived at the scheduled time and performed the work professionally and for a very reasonable price (he also, on his own, trimmed a tree back that had branches over the roof and gutter).

Used American Gutter for quite a few years and am always satisfied. They will perform the work while I am at my job and I have no hesitations of leaving my back yard unlocked for them to have access. I highly recommend this company.
