One corner was leaking and part of the middle of the gutter in had slightly pulled away from the house causing leaking. Now everything works as it should. Very professional people.

On quote day Woody came to the house with an off cut of the most sensible looking gutter cover we had seen during our search for the right product for our roof. Being able to see it up close really helped. He answered all my questions about competitive products for the needs of our roof with straight forward and clear opinions, he has used most of them and arrived at his chosen product after careful consideration. He was also very honest about it being a gutter cover (ie. designed to stop leaves getting into the gutter and downspouts) and that we should expect to get certain areas cleaned if leaves did built up - I appreciated this up front attitude. On install day they were professional, quick (but safe) and remembered all the odd spots on our roof that we had discussed on quote day. They did a few repairs up there too which was useful. Whilst we have not had any rain or been through Fall yet at this point I can see why they have a Super Service Award.

Without a doubt, Woody is our go-to for our gutter cleaning. He always leaves everything spotless, and does great with communication.

We've used this company before and had a good experience. When we noticed the gutters were clogged, I called and had a quick response. We didn't expect the roof to be swept and the corners to be resealed, but Woody went the extra mile! Great job and courteous service.

Woody and his team went above and beyond the requested service at a very affordable price. After watching by gutters spill over the side during the last heavy rain, I knew it was time to take action. I called a few companies and seemed to hit it off best with Woody. He came and not only cleaned the gutters, but also fought/partially removed a hidden wasp nest next to the gutters and adjusted part of my gutters that were sloped in the incorrect direction at no additional cost. You don't have to pay the invoice until it rains and you can confirm their work. Thank you and I am sure I will call them for this service again in the future.

Woody was punctual and very professional. He asked questions about what work needed to be done and made suggestions for minor repairs. We are very pleased with his work and definitely will be calling him back in the near future to install gutter covers on the front of the house.

Woody gave me an estimate over the phone based on the size of my home. He arrived on time and completed the work in 30 minutes along with his partner. They did a great job and left the area clean. I will definitely use their service again!

I have used Woody for several years and am sad that I won't need him at the new condo. He is very accommodating, pleasant and courteous! He does an excellent job on the gutters and roof and cleans up the debris from the gutters, as well as, blowing the leaves off of the porch, walks, and driveway. The gutter on the front of my house looked like a waterfall whenever there was a very hard rain. I called American Gutter & Roof Cleaning Tuesday and I got an appointment 1st thing Thursday morning. Mr Tison was on time and proceeded to check my gutters. He checked the front gutter first and it contained a lot of dirt, he checked all of my gutters and he made sure my downspouts were not clogged. The gutters on my house are at the height of a one story home. Mr Tison is a pleasant person and he explained everything he was doing.

called me right back. showed up on time. I was at work and when got home the yard was as clean as I left it- and the gutters were pristine. when I told him I would leave him a check before I left for work, he said I could wait until after the first rain to give me the satisfaction that the gutters and down spots were clear. I will definably use him come the fall season.

Showed up early, did the job quickly, and left everything clean..............no debris on the ground. Perfect!

Woody was able to stop by my home soon after I called him to report a blockage in my gutter downspouts. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

Woody has cleaned our gutters several times and repairs them if needed. He also replaced some drain pipe that had filled with roots, dirt and vines through the years. We didn't realize they were clogged until he showed us. He is prompt and courteous as well :-)

They did a good job and very friendly

Woody Tison is the the owner. I got his name from Angie's List. I left a message for him in late April, 2015 and he returned my call later in the day. We arranged a day for him to come out to the house. He arrived on time and inspected the property. I showed him a particular area over the deck that was prone to "waterfalls" when we have a "gully gusher" thunderstorm. He recommended installing another downspout in that area, running it though a cut in the deck and then using a plastic tube to drain the water away. I thought this was an excellent idea and asked him to give me a quote. He provided a written estimate on the spot. Then I asked him if he wanted to begin the gutter cleaning. He recommended waiting two weeks, when most of the pollen/tree droppings would be over. So we set a date -- May 5th. On May 4th, he called and asked if it would be ok if we moved the appointment to May 7th. That was fine with me. He and his assistant arrived on the morning of May 7th. They cleaned the outside of the gutters with a cleaning solution and rags. The inside of the gutters were "blown out" with a hand-held blower. They also used a pole contraption. I mention this because I once had a service clean the gutters using my hose and water, which I don't consider to be every effective. (Woody also reinstalled a wire mesh gutter guard that had fallen off the roof.) They cut a small, neat square in my deck through which they installed a new 20-foot downspout. Under the deck, black tubing was attached to the downspout and was pitched to drain the water to the outside/side of the deck. The job site was left clean and neat. Woody is very friendly and personable. I recommend him highly!

A great experience, as always (we've used AGRC several times in the past). Woody and his crew arrived on time, performed their work expeditiously and expertly, and cleaned up nicely afterward. I felt the price was quite reasonable for the level of service. Our home's most problematic and difficult-to-clean gutters are also the least accessible and AGRC always does a great job with them. We would recommend AGRC unhesitatingly based upon our series of excellent past experiences and we will surely be using their services again in the future!

Woody Tison, the owner, was a dream to work with. So personable on the phone and I was able to get an appointment within two days, which I thought as great. Woody thoroughly cleaned out my gutters and repaired the gutter portions that had pulled way from the house using longer screws. He even showed me just how loose my gutters were. No problem now, though....they are totally secure!! I thought for everything he did, the price was very reasonable.
