Knowledgeable owner gave a fair estimate, showed up on time, did good job and cleaned up after his work. We plan to use him twice a year to inspect and clean as needed.

Professional. Woody is a pro. Called him week before...he knew his schedule said they could be there the following Wed in the AM - and bingo they were there. 2nd time i've used them and both times was a pleasure. Gutters are cleaned and no evidence of mess left behind at what i think is a fair price.

Woody has been taking care of our gutters for over a dozen years. This year he came in Oct to fix a few things - leaks in corners that were causing damage to wood trim, and then again in Dec to clean the gutters. He is an extremely nice, low key guy; very professional, fair in his pricing, quick & on time.

They were prompt, arriving as scheduled, and did a great job for a reasonable price.

Great. This is the third time we've hired Woody to clean the gutters. He is punctual, does a great job, and his rates are reasonable. We had some trouble with scheduling this time because we had other contractors we had to work around, and Woody was pleasant and accommodating.

Woody and his helper were great. He was responsive, on time, friendly, and professional. I felt like he did quality work and cared about doing it right - that is hard to come by these days. I would highly recommend Woody and will call him again for any future needs.

I originally called and scheduled the service, but it rained that day and he didn't come back. But when I called a second time he apologized and was able to reschedule the service for the next day. He clearly explained his fees and provided his minimum for a one story house (i think it was around $90) but my two story home would be about $115 - $120… but if he needed to manipulate the gutter covers it would be an additional $10-15. After the service Woody called to tell me they had removed five bags of debris from the roof. He hauled off several of the bags, but had to leave two bags at the curb because the debris was full of ants. When I returned home and inspected the work I was impressed with how clean the roof and the gutter covers were. I could tell he also swept up my patio area where some of the debris fell. For $135 I would certainly call Woody again to clean my roof.

Woody was easy to reach, called back promptly. Gave me an estimate on the phone. He showed up on time. He was concerned about the height and the pitch the roof, but agreed to start the job and come back if he needed help. He was able to finish the job the same day. I will call Woody next time I need the gutters cleaned.

The guys came and cleaned the gutters on my 2nd story house and garage. After the recent storms the roofs were messy and gutters were full again. I have many trees and have the gutters cleaned 2-3 times each year. They took extra precautions to cover a bathroom exhaust fan to keep the debris out of the fan. As a little extra they also cleaned the spider webs from the windows making them look tidy. They cleaned up everything, and the house and garage look great! Thanks for a job well done. I have used Woody for several years and it is a pleasure to work with him.

I had some very clogged gutters that were overflowing and making a mess every time it rained. I'm a single working mom and it's just not something I was wanting to do myself, especially with the second story on my house. It was very important for me to find someone that I felt I could trust to do a good job at a cost that I could afford. American Gutter & Roof Cleaning only had a few reviews, but they were all very good reviews, unlike some of the other companies. I called on Tuesday, June 24 and left a message that I wanted to schedule a time for a gutter cleaning. Woody Tison promptly called me back that afternoon and scheduled the cleaning for Thursday, June 26. I work ,so he said that it wasn't necessary for me to be there, but since it was scheduled around lunchtime I stopped by to see how it was going. They were just finishing up when I arrived. He said that everything was all clear, that I had a couple of gutters/downspouts that were completely blocked, but overall it was an easy job. My gutters are flowing perfectly now. I give them an A++ on everything; I will definitely be calling them again in the fall.

Exceptionally good experience, as always. Woody arrived on time, did the job very well, cleaned up afterward, and left the invoice on the front door. I did not need to be at home, and the job was done perfectly. I have used Woody's service in the past and have always been completely satisfied in every respect!

He was very helpful, very responsive and remembered me and our home each time I called him. I haven't had as much need for his service since a large pin oak was removed from over our home, but I highly recommend this company.

It was great. They cleared all of the pine needles out of our clogged up gutters and made sure there weren't any issues. They were in and out. The guys are super to work with!

I live on a heavily wooded lot in a two-story house with some pretty steep pitched roofs. Woody does a great job of getting all of the leaves and debris out, making sure the water is flowing where it's supposed to. He also does a very nice job of sweeping the leaves and sticks off the roof as the many windy days we had this year dropped a number of them in places I couldn't reach. This is the second year in a row we've used them and will continue to use them each year.

I have used Woody so many years now I have lost count! LOVE this service in every aspect. They clean the roof and gutters, and leave the surrounding areas immaculate. We have a big dog that we don't allow around strangers, and Woody always respects our concern for his workers and agrees to call right before he comes to make sure we have secured our pet. We really appreciate this.

They were acceptable. They showed up when they were supposed to show up and did the task. They performed it within a reasonable amount of time. They offered a good service, a good product, and an acceptable price.

I've used Woody several times. He's always responsive, has great prices, does exceptional work, and makes sure everything is cleaned-up before he leaves.

Woody and Shelton did a thorough job of cleaning out my gutters and downspouts. They pointed out that I had raccoons that were getting onto my roof and making a mess. So I'll have to figure out now what to do about that....Looking up animal control providers now.... Woody and Shelton were on time, did their work very quickly and cleaned up all the debris they removed. I have told them that I'll call them in January after the last leaf on my 150 year-old oak tree finally finishes dropping leaves.

They were very good! They were very punctual and came when they said they were going to come. They did not overcharge and were very professional.

Woody was extremely responsive and professional in our phone conversations. He did exactly what he said he would do and we felt the cost for service was reflective of the level of effort needed to clean our gutters. He also provided requested feedback on whether a problem with the gutters was causing water damage in our garage. Overall, Woody did an excellent job and we will use his services again. I've already recommended him to a coworker.

Very, very well. They showed up right on time, performed the work promptly and capably, cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly, and left an invoice that was less than the estimate we had been given. As I write this, a heavy rainfall is taking place and I have been able to verify that all gutters are running very freely. Based upon our experience, we will definitely be using Woody's service again, and we would recommend the service unhesitatingly to anyone else.
