Woody was very nice and thorough, I would use him again.

I really enjoyed working with this company. Mr. Tison was very pleasant & very good with communication. I called & set up an appointment to have the company clean the gutters. The company arrived when expected, cleaned the gutters & then cleaned the area's of the deck afterward where the gutter waste had fallen. They left my back deck looking better than they found it. I look forward to working with this company in the future. I did note that this company was more expensive than gutter services that I have used in the past but the price was still fair & the work was as expected.

Called and left a message for Woody, went out of town for a couple of days, returned and job was done! Best guy in town!

Woody was very pleasant, earnest and eager to please. Overall, I was very satisfied with his work, his neatness and his professionalism. One section of gutter he was not able to address because he simply did not have ladders to reach that far. (It is at least 40ft from the ground.) But he did recommend a company that can and will replace that section of gutter. I respect Woody's honesty for being up front and open about that section of gutter.

The owner, Woody, was very professional. He was at the job when promised, performed the work and made several follow-up visits to make sure everything was satisfactory. Woody did not want payment until after the first rain so that we could be sure that everything was working properly. I cannot say enough good things about Woody; he is the a superb business man and workman.

After three phone calls, no response to first two and caught Woody Tison in on third, we set an appointment and agreed on work to be done. We stayed home all day the day the work was to be done and they never showed or called. I left two voice messages for him and to date there has been NO response.

I called Woody since he had put the covers on the gutters 2 years earlier to come out and address our bird issue. Woody came out promptly and looked at the issue. He determined that he had neglected to put on a piece on the gutter that allowed the birds to nest inside. Woody did not charge us for his visit, although I was prepared to pay. What great service he continues to deliver! We will definitely use him in the future for our gutter needs.

Woody was terrific! He was professional, pleasant, and very competent. Woody arrived on time (called before arriving per my request), reviewed work to be done prior to starting, and confirmed the price he quoted over the phone. We were having issues with part of the roof near the gutter leaking. Woody checked and let me know there was some roof and siding damage there, but that the cleaned gutters should stop the leaking - it did! I can recommend Woody without reservation!

He was on time. He cleaned up. He didn't leave any mess and was very polite. We were so happy at the end, we referred him to our neighbor.

Outstanding service! Called Friday, he scheduled for Sunday. Arrived ready to work. Went over exactly what he was going to do, answered all my questions. Worked fast, and did a GREAT job! Definitely would recommend!

Even after reading some of the reports, I gave this company the benefit of doubt. That was a big mistake! It is very disappointing that you talk to Woody Tison on the phone and set up an appointment for him to come clean the gutters, and he is a no show. When I talked to Woody, he said he was working on the 4th of July, as he was in his busy season, so if we were available, he was. Our appointment was for 10:00 AM on July 4. At 11:15 AM, when he still hadn't shown up, I called his cell phone and left a message inquiring if he was going to come. It's now July 7 and I have yet to hear back from him. If there are negative reports on an Angies List Company, don't go with them. It was very disturbing that we waited around for him that morning, and he never even bothered to call and cancel.

Called for service at my home on Monday May 8. Left a detailed message about my needs, as well as two phone numbers where I could be reach. This business never returned my phone call.

Woody called me back within an hour or two and then came out to the house that afternoon to give an estimate. The work was done the next day. We are very pleased and would definitely call on Woody Tison again.

I called Woody yesterday, he returned my call last night and was here today to perform the work. This is the third time I have used his service and find him to be prompt, professional and thorough. Quote from another company was $225.00 for both the house and garage.

The owner was very helpful in referring me to another company who could clean roof stains. At this time, American Gutter and Roof Cleaning does not have the equipment to clean 2 story homes with a steep pitched roof.

They are very good. They do really good work.

I left a message on Woody Tison's voice mail stating that I needed to have my gutters cleaned. He never returned my phone call. This is very unprofessional and is not acceptable of a reputable business person. I am glad he has more work than he can do, but a simple message on his voice mail stating this would keep potential customers from wasting a week waiting to hear from him.

Woody Tison is the owner and performs the work so you deal directly with him. The cost was $100 and was completed fairly quickly. He was very friendly on the phone but rather disorganized. I had to call back to remind him he had not come yet and he admitted he had lost the information. He completed the work 2 days after my second request.

On time, friendly, asked me questions if it was OK to remove some old wire covers on the gutters. Answered any questions I had. Very polite.

Representative never showed up to give estimate.

Woody was very polite and professional. He arrived when he said he would. Had my gutters clean in about an hour. Even notified me about a problem with my roof vents that I should have someone check out. An overall good experience. I will be using him again next year.

Called twice over a period of 5 days and left message with phone numbers. Never got a call back. I see that others have had a similar experience, so I will move on and try a different company.

Called Woody, set appt at my leisure. Was very prompt and cleaned gutters while we were out. Great job and completed fast. Woody is great!
