AMERICAN GUTTER & ROOF CLEANING

He was supposed to clean the gutters on Tuesday. He called and said his truck was in the shop but he would do it by Thursday. By Thursday he had not come. He didn't call so I called him on Friday asking him to tell me if he was still planning to come. He was at my house a few hours later and cleaned the gutters.

Woodie was on time and explained what I wanted to know. I am happy with the whole job. Very pleased with the work done and Woodie is so pleasant to work with.

Everything went well. The job was completed and clean up was performed.

Cleaned gutters and cleaned up afterwards. Left bill with instructions to wait until after a rain to pay.

We liked Woodie and the estimate we were given was good and the cheapest one we had. When we compared the Hallett Gutter Cover that they offer vs another brand we felt that the other brand would do a better job of keeping the shells and small shells that our birch trees out of our gutters. We have tons of trees that tower over our house and roof- and we really needed a more robust gutter cover. Really it was the birch shells and acorns that are the BIG problems -if we had less trees or were just dealing with leaves- we would have used Woody and his Hallett Gutter covers. He was very prompt and professional. He was very helpful, he gave me multiple options. He did very good work. I would recommend him and use him again.

I left a message and Mr. Tison called back the same day. He was scheduled to come the next day but due to the gas situation in Charlotte was unable to find gas and we rescheduled for the following week which was no problem. When he gave me a quote over the phone we were talking about just the second story gutters but he did all the gutters for the quoted price. There were a few tree branches close to the gutters so he trimmed them and put in light bulbs for me while he was on the ladder. He fixed two areas that were sagging as well. He told me to call him if we weren't happy after the next rainfall and he would come back. Very pleased with his job.

He said he would stop by later in the week to give an estimate and then would be able to do it early the next week. He said that a 2 story 3,000 sq. ft. house runs $115 - $125 and it would be an additional $25 since we have gutter guards. He was very friendly and informative, even saying that if I have GutterGuard then I could have the makers of the gutters clean it for a lifetime guaranteed (unfortunately, my gutter guards are an off brand with no guarantee). I thought it was great of him to tell me that. He also said that when he came by he would look to see if they were the actual GutterGuards. I had called several companies that day and another company came out the same day to do an estimate, and were willing to do the work that day, so I had them go ahead and do it. I will definitely call Woody again next time and give him the chance to earn my business. I was impressed with him, even though he didn't end up getting the job this time.

They were very nice and did a great job. He asked me not to pay them until there had been a good rain. I would use them again in the future based on my experience with them.

Woody was very professional and responsive. He returned my call promptly and was out at my house within a week to do the cleaning. The job and the clean up was very thorough. I will definitely use them again.

I called for a quote and Woody was professional and friendly. He scheduled an appointment for the same week, and explained the process to me - that I did not have to be at home for him to perform the work and that an invoice would be left in my mailbox. I came home on the day I had expected the work to be completed and everything was as it should be - the gutter was in place, the screens were restored (including one I hadn't even mentioned to him over the phone that he took the liberty of taking care of). The invoice was where I expected it, and the charge was exactly the same as the quote. I couldn't have been happier - and all is still as it should be.

Excellent. I called Woody in the morning and he was at my home and finished by right around noon! He even had to cut away Wisteria from a gutter under the pergola. Cleared the walkways and patio. Punctual, friendly and professional.

It went well. When I talked to him on the phone and he was very friendly. They showed up when they said they were going to. They did not leave a mess behind.

They responded and arrived promptly. We called 2-3 service providers, but American Gutter did not try to sell me anything. They did the job that we asked without any other motives.

Called on Tuesday and my gutters were cleaned as scheduled on Friday afternoon. It was quick, reasonable and I will definitely be using them to install gutter guards (after the little birds that are using the hole in the gutter to nest have moved out) later this summer. Everything was cleaned up, deck was swept. Very happy with his service and we'll use him again.

He reviewed my gutters for recommendations upon my request, and gave me the option of removing the old gutters or leaving them on. They were in bad shape and most had fallen into the gutters. After we discussed and upon my request he removed the guards and cleaned the gutters, also cleaning up any fallen debris. He was very professional and great to work with. I'll be using this company for future gutter work.

If you need your gutters cleaned, call Woody. We were in the process of listing our house and found out the home appraisal was in 4 days. I called Woody and he was able to squeeze us in on short notice without hesitation. On the scheduled day, it rained and they were unable to work on the gutters. Woody was able to fit us in the next day in spite of having a completely booked day already in order to perform the work before the appraisal. The gutters look great and we could not be more pleased.

Called Thursday and message said they would be closed until Tuesday so I left message with description for a return call. Woody called back and discussed the problem. Was very nice and agreeable to work with. They came when they said, fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Completely satisfied.

Mr. Tison called me back within an hour after I initially left a message. He gave me a quote over the phone based on a 3500 square foot home. He said that we did not need to pay until it rained and we were satisfied with his work. The work performed was to our satisfaction and the response time was good.

Excellent! Price was much better than other dealers and he cleaned ALL my gutters for no charge. Requested no payment until after a heavy rain to be sure gutters worked well. A month later, I had a problem with a different gutter and he came the same day, cleaned a small blockage and again said "no charge!" Even when I suggested maybe that gutter needed a cover as well, he said no, very small amount of leaves and just wait and see if it happens again.

Woody was prompt in getting out to our house. Although we expected to pay him for his work, since this type of tree debris could not be expected to be kept out of the gutters, he did not charge us for the cleaning.

Work was well done and done on time. He also replaced a gutter bracket at no charge. The gutter end (opposite end to the downspout) was sagging causing water to accumulate and spill onto the porch, creating a small flooding condition. I thought the gutter was just clogged. The gutter drained properly through the downspout after his repair. I will have him back this fall to check gutters again. Highly recommend.
