Excellent service, showed up within the allotted time window, but rather pricey. Was lead to believe that the sterilization was part of the pricing for the HVAC Duct cleaning. Overall excellent service and price was OK due to service provided this one time. Too pricey for a yearly service in a 2 person home.

Exceptional customer service! Very punctual and polite. My only complaint is they didnâ t clean up the floors around the vents. Very dusty.

Very professional and listened to what we needed

From start to finish this company is amazing. Denise is so polite and so friendly and relays your messages to the technicians 100%. What an amazing team of guys they have come in to your house they came in they wore booties on our fresh carpet they worked diligently and quickly and you could really tell they were taking their time with their air ducks. We ended up having to have more work done than we planned on the, guys explained perfectly what was going on in our air ducks they showed us proof and examples of what they said needed cleaning. they reviewed the prices of each task that needed to be done and they explained what could be left out and what shouldn’t be left out, we never feel pressured.

Overcharged me twice and, after inquiring about it, my texts were never returned.

I appreciate the level of detail and professionalism except for being charged double the amount of what a lifetime filter actually cost. I didnâ  t realize it until my partner checked various prices online, I was offered the filter at 150, then 125 then 100, online the filter ranges between 45 to 69 dollars.

They arrived quickly and were thorough and professional. Highly recommend.

Great Experience

Good communication from office, crew was friendly and efficient. Only note is that clean up wasn't the best, but no big deal. Left 2 floor vents unattached. I myself can't really figure out how to put it back properly, so I'm assuming this happened and they left it. Other than that, very happy with the service. Will return when needed again!
