Mr. Chris and the fine young man with him arrived on time, were courteous and professional. I was ready and we did a quick walk through. Mr. Chris asked about the history of the ducts and the unit and any other concerns we had experienced as homeowners. These gentlemen proceeded to clean our ducts, provided evidence of an ongoing mold issue that we thought had been fully resolved years ago, provided an effective solution, and his partner even cleaned all of the vents before replacing them. We had no idea that mold was continuing to grow inside our home and was the cause for the occasional smell from our AC/Heat. Mr. Chris inspected our heat pump (which was recently replaced) and detected no mold in the unit. We hadn't planned on the additional cost for the mold remediation but it would have been irresponsible to not correct it. Mr. Chris broke down the cost and gave me the options, allowing me to ask questions and figure out how much of the work I could afford to complete, and then he explained the outcome without pushing. We went over our anticipated spending but felt that it was necessary and worth it. First duct cleaning in 27 years, finally resolved a mold issue from 15 years ago, finally a clean smelling house and a fully protected new heat pump from mold contamination. I would highly recommend American Air and Mold Remediation and the work that Mr. Chris and his partner do. They worked for three plus consecutive hours, right through lunch time. The value of a safe home and confidence in the people that completed the work is comforting. I will be calling on them again!

The men were on time, thorough and polite. Everything was explained to me . They finished with in the 2 hour time frame. They put everything back when they were finished And it was explained to me to keep the fan only on for 2 hours afte they left in order for the sanitizer to do itâ s best.

We had never had our air ducts cleaned out and sanitized before. We have been living here for 18 years. I did a search under home advisor and Denise called me immediately and said they would come out the next day and they did!! It only took them 1 and half hours and our house smells wonderful! My husband and I both had been having some allergies...but not now Thanks to Denise/Chris and his crew! They are very reliable and excellent prices! Call them..if you won't clean air in your house. Also, it kills dust mites and other kinds of bacteria! We highly recommend them! Thanks for all your help and excellent customer service with Denise!!
