The service was very good. I called 2 or 3 different companies, this company was the most reasonable to work with.

I called and asked if someone could come for an estimate on the windows that I knew needed to be replaced and check out the rest of the windows. Michelle told me someone could be out the next day. Robbie came out and looked over everything for me. He found no other glass that needed to be replaced. He said they would contact me with an estimate. Michelle called the very same day with the amount. I gave her the go ahead and she said she would order the glass and call me when it was in to schedule the install. Michelle called a week later to tell me the glass was in. We scheduled for a day later in the week. Ryan and ? came as scheduled (I was called and told when they were on the way) and installed the glass very quickly. They were both very nice and left no mess. While I was talking with them I found that they could replace the broken hardware on my windows as well. I will be calling to schedule that with them........ Every person that I dealt with awesome!!!

The first company that I called would not replace glass on the second floor. From the time I called Action Glass, they were prompt, professional and thorough. I could not have had a better experience. Michelle in the office called to confirm the appointments and called to give me the estimate, as was promised. The installers, Mikey and Rion, were on-time, pleasant, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Action Glass without reservation.

When the guide rail of my sliding patio door collapsed, I called at least one half dozen patio door companies, 8 handymen, as well as Home Depot and Lowes. None offered to repair the door. My only option was to replace the entire door and frame, at a cost of $900 to $3,000, including installation. When I described my dilemma to Michelle, of Action Glass, she assured me that my sliding door could be repaired at an estimated cost of $485. The repairs were completed on May 14, 2007, within two hours time, at a final cost of $421 ($64 below estimate). Action Glass is the "GREATEST"

MY OLD MIRRORS WERE HAULED AWAY AND THE NEW ONES LOOK GREAT. THEY WORKED VERY FAST. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY EVEN MOVED MY BED TO ENSURE NOT TO RUIN IT.

The technician, in the process of evaluating the problem, did more damage than already existed and bad-mouthed the quality of parts of the house. Didnt apologize for damage. Wouldnt hire them and wouldnt recommend them.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE PEOPLE WAS NOT GOOD. THE SERVICE PEOPLE DID NOT MEASURE THE WINDOWS CORRECTLY, AND WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY CAME TO OUR HOUSE. MY HUSBAND TALKED TO MICHELLE IN THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES AND SHE WAS VERY NICE. MY EXPECTATION OF ANY COMPANY IS THAT THEY DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND BE PROFESSIONAL. THEY FAILED ON BOTH. THE END RESULT WAS THAT THE TWO WINDOWS WERE REPLACED AND THEY WERE FINE, HOWEVER, WE WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN DUE TO THE INACCURACY OF THE MEASUREMENTS AND THE SERVICEMANS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. THERE ARE MANY REPUTABLE COMPANIES THAT DO THIS TYPE OF WORK, AND THE PRICES ARE ALL COMPARABLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.

WE HAVE WORKED WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT PEOPLE FROM ACTION GLASS ON TWO OCCASIONS AND ALL HAVE BEEN VERY FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT TO WORK. VERY PUNCTUAL ON GIVING ESTMATE AND DOING WORK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
