Terrible. The cost of the job was $521 installed. When the installers first brought the new glass to my house, part of the job involved removing the outside wood molding holding the window in. They stated that, since this molding was rotted and needed to be replaced, they couldn't complete the work. I asked them if they could replace it. They said they couldn't because they only "do glass." Never heard of this in my life. By the way, in putting up the ladder to get at the bad window, they cracked that window. It was then necessary for me to find another contractor just to do the outside molding. After finding somebody to do this, I tried to coordinate with Action for installation but it didn't work out. After fooling around with this for over 4 weeks, I then just told them to deliver the new glass, that I would pay them for that and have my contractor install it. They delivered it to me on July 29 and I paid them $321.77. My contractor is an individual who used to work in construction and has installed and replaced many windows in my subdivision. On August 1, as he was installing the new glass, very gently from what I could see, the NEW glass cracked. We both inspected it and found that the gasket around the top, sides and bottom was cut irregularly, which probably contributed to the problem. I called the company and told them this. Their response: since it wasn't their contractor, they're not responsible. I asked if all their glass was ordered from the same company and they said it was. They also said that their installers had cracked this glass before. I suggested they should take another look at the company they use for this work, because this isn't supposed to happen. You want to take a chance using this outfit. Go ahead. I've learned my lesson.

Robbie and his administrative staff were extremely professional and responsive. He came out to give us an estimate on the work, which was very reasonable. His assistant called to let us know when the parts to complete the job were expected, and she called us promptly once the parts were in to schedule the work. I was very pleased with the quality of work and overall professionalism.

They did the work but they missed aspect of the job so I am not really happy with them. I am not sure if I would use them again. I probably will.

New frameless shower door with Enduroshield Glass

Great job! Prompt, courteous, service. They replaced one window and more than 70 panes that had lost their seal. They cleaned up after the project was completed. Would definitely use them again.

It went very well. They did the installation when they said would and it has functioned properly ever since. The worker was very professional. He showed me why the original window failed, due to an installation problem. He showed me how he was going to caulk and set it so it wouldn't happen again.

Everything went well from requesting bid, placing order and new glass being installed. The time from start to finish was about a week. The service tech. did a good job and completed the job in less than an hour. Would use this company again. Also , price was about 20% less another bid I had received.

Very well. He came out, saw the glass in the other tables and said he thought he could match it up easily. He measured and within a few days, he brought the replacement glass and inserted it in the coffee table. I couldnt be more pleased with the results. He was also very nice. Would certainly call him again if I need glass replacement

They were very good. They came out right away. The price was as expected. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do. It was a good experience. I would use their services again in the future.

Excellent - they were professional, showed up when they said they would, and were far more detailed than other glass door companies that gave me a quote.

obbie installed a custom frameless glass shower surround. He came and gave me an estimate that while not the lowest was in the bottom third of our estimates. Within two weeks he was back to install. I picked Robbie and Action glass because he does his own installations not send someone out to do the estimate and someone else to do the install. Robbie was a perfectionist on the instillation. He even took it back apart when he saw that there was some cutting solution that was in a joint. I did not even notice it. HIre this guy, he is a small businessman/contractor that will do the job right.

The old glass was removed and new glass went in very quickly. The worker was polite and competent. The glass in that pane is now up to code (it was original to the house...built in 1976) and now I want to replace the other side. I will certainly call them if I decide to do this or have other glass needs. I would have preferred to have them come out sooner, but they were very busy that week (which I took as a good sign). Still, they were out within a week of my call.

I just moved into a new townhome and had to get a few windows replaced. Action Glass came out on time and did a very good job.

Met Bob for an estimate and he was on time and great to deal with. The glass and parts had to be ordered and the work was performed as scheduled. I would recommend this company.

Went well. Service guy came to my house, took the broken windows out and put in the new glass and sealed around the edges.
