Description of Work: CALLED FOR ESTIMATE ON REPAIRS TO LEAKS IN AC/FURNACE DUCTING. SERVICE TECH CAME OUT. STATED JOB SHOULD HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED WITH A WORK CREW. WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. SAID HE WOULD HAVE COMPANY CALL TO RESCHEDULE AND TO ALSO RESCHEDULE FOR A SERVICE MAINTENANCE CALL ON AC UNIT. THE COMPANY NEVER CALLED BACK. HIRED A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

Description of Work: I REQUESTED AN ANNUAL MAINTENANCE TO BE PERFORMED ON MY AC UNIT. WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF THE HOUSE NOT COOLING ENOUGH BY FIXING THE PROBLEM WITHOUT THE SERVICE AND IT WOULD COST LESS. THEY REPLACED A PART AND LEFT. IT STILL WAS NOT FIXED AND THEY RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO DISCOVER THAT WE NEEDED COOLANT, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE THE PREVIOUS DAY.

Description of Work: TECHNICIAN ''RAPHAEL'' REPLACED CAPACITOR FOR ME DURING STANDARD A/C SERVICE CALL (I HAVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT). STANDARD COST WOULD HAVE BEEN $117 + LABOR, BUT ACOSTA GIVES DISCOUNTS TO MAINTENANCE CUSTOMERS. RAPHAEL EXPLAINED WHAT CAPACITOR DID, SHOWED ME TEST RATINGS ON INSTRUMENT AND RECOMMENDED RATINGS ON CAPACITOR. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, WAS VERY THOROUGH, VERY POLITE, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE CALLED BEFORE HE ARRIVED, WORE COVERS OVER HIS SHOES, AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND.
