Description of Work: I knew I had a old roof and small issues. After I asked them to come for an inspection, it was clear that small repair would not cut it and I decided to get my house re-roofed. Great time to had a large skylight window in my dinning room that was way too dark. They did a really good job in a really short time and made sure they had cleaned everything carefully before leaving. They were really good at explaining me what needed to be done and why, I felt really confident that I could trust them and I am glad I did because now I have a great roof and an awesome skylight!

No work was done.
Description of Work: Ace was quick to respond to my request for a roofing estimate. I was told that they would do a "drive by" to check the steepness of my roof, as they do not do very high and very steep jobs. I appreciated their honesty . Unfortunately, they were unable to help me .

Description of Work: HIRED ACE TO REPLACE EXISTING ROOF. THEY DID AND EXCELLENT JOB! I GIVE THEM ALL A'S WITH ONE EXCEPTION. PROFESSIONALISM. I RECEIVED A LETTER ATTEMPTING TO PUT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE. IT WAS FROM ACES SUPPLIER. APPARENTLY, ACE WAS SLOW TO PAY FOR THEIR SUPPLIES. WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN ONLY IF THEY HAD A NEW OWNER.

MR. RICH MADE SEVERAL VISITS TO OUR HOME AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING ISSUES WITH ROOF DECKING AND TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. OUR ONE CRITICISIM WOULD BE THAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE A MUCH BETTER JOB WITH THE CONDITIION THEY LEFT THE SITE IN OVERNIGHT. THEY LEFT TOOLS ON THE ROOF, A WATER JUG AND OTHER MISC ITEMS SCATTERRED IN FRONT AND BACK YARDS. TO BE FAIR, I MUST SAY THAT CLEAN UP AT THE END OF THE JOB WAS EXCELLENT. (WHY THEY STILL GET AND A FOR CLEANLINESS AND COURTESY)
