Ace Roofing

Could not have gone better! I had leaks in two places, and my roof is old, so I was bracing myself to be told I needed a new roof. As it turned out, it could be repaired very affordable — though I probably will need a new roof in about three years. When that time comes, I will definitely use Ace. They are very knowledgeable and honest. They even sent me a little video showing the before, during, and after of the repair.

I could not be more pleased with Jerrall Rich and his crew at Ace Roofing. His estimate was the most thorough of the 3 that I received. He took the time to educate me about what was necessary to replace my 27 year old roof and bring it up to current codes. Pricing was in line with, if not lower, than the other 2 estimates. In spite of a price increase for shingles during the time between the estimate and the work, he stayed with the original commitment. His crew was punctual and professional. They actually left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend them.

Jerrall came out and explained the process and gave me an estimate. He is credible and seemed quite experienced and knowledgeable. I was immediately comfortable that they should do the job. (I researched this decision thoroughly... only looking for all A rated, and recipients of Super Service award, and very experienced, more than 10 years). Of the 3 I found, Ace was my choice and they just finished an hour ago. The roofing and cleanup were perfect, they went above & beyond. Can't recommend highly enough. (Added bonus: they will lay up to 4 different shingle colors on your roof a couple weeks prior top let you have a few days to be sure about the color. This helped us be sure.) GREAT COMPANY. If only this kind of honesty and professionalism were commonplace!

After receiving several different quotes, Ace Roofing stood out as the most honest, reasonable one. All representatives were incredibly professional and the work was outstanding and done on time. They took the time to explain the options and process start to finish. Furthermore, they worked with us to fix our leaking skylight issue and were able to complete repairs on our separate garage roof. We are incredibly pleased with this company and would very highly recommend them to anyone.

The folks at Ace did a good job on their quote and there were no changes to their estimate. This was the original roof we were replacing and I knew there were issues with it before Ace came to look at it. I work in project management and had managed commercial roof replacements, so I had a basic understanding of what needed to be done. They did a good job of identifying problem areas and took time to show me what the issues were. I thought they did a very good job on the installation. They were quick and I spent time watching them work. They were prompt on their start times and once I committed to them, they responded quickly. They showed up in a matter of days. They cleaned up the yard and we walked the job down and they made sure I was happy with their work. Excellent quality materials and workmanship. Very pleased.

ACE came out and inspected the roof but said that because of the steep pitch of the root, they did not have the equipment to perform the service. However, they recommended another company that I ultimately used to complete the repair.

My first impression was it was very small. The actual owner was kinda pushy. The price was average. Overall, I thought he was a little condescending.

Excellent! The repairs were quick, Jerrall was happy to answer questions and provide information. I was very happy with the results. When my roof needs to be replaced Jerrall will be the one to do it, no question about that.

Great! Very easy to talk to. Very attentive to my concerns. Was very prepared with many different shingle colors available on the truck in order to match mine. Did some caulking around the air vents on the roof too to avoid future leaks. Very pleased.

It went great! They came out right away and did some patch work because my roof was leaking. I needed a new roof, and I was amazed how quickly they got me on the schedule. They did all the work in just one day and it looks great. I am very pleased with how things went.

I want to give Ace Roofing the highest recommendation possible. A full roof replacement was not an experience that I was looking forward to, but thanks to Jerrall Rich and his team, everything was far smoother and less stressful than I anticipated. Mr. Rich, the owner of Ace Roofing personally assessed my property before giving me an estimate. He then took the time to meet with me and explained my options. He was up front about what he recommended and why. He also let me know options that were not needed for my property. There was nothing hidden in the estimate and it was accurate to the penny. The roof replacement was scheduled promptly. The Ace Roofing team showed up on time and they even finished the job early. My landscaping was protected and the crew cleaned up thoroughly when the job was over. Mr. Rich came out several times throughout the day to supervise his crew. Additionally, after the roof replacement was completed, Mr. Rich met with me personally to review completely explain the warranty. He also gave my property one final inspection. It is clear that Ace Roofing takes pride in their work and I would not hesitate for an instant to recommend them to others.

One phone call got a firm appointment to look at & quote the repair with the understanding the repair would be done on the spot if the price was right. Ace checked in and confirmed the appointment the day before. Showed up on time. Quoted a good price & quickly completed the repair and tune up. Very professional & great communication / explanation of work needed.

No one looks forward to replacing their roof, but Jerrall (the owner) and the guys at Ace Roofing made it a good experience! I can't speak highly enough about Ace Roofing. I had a leak that was caused by things just not having been done right by previous homeowners. Jerrall came out and provided a fair and timely quote to not just replace the old shingles, but to also properly fix the problem so I wouldn't end up with a leak again. Although roof repair is dependent on the weather, Ace Roofing was easy to schedule with and kept me informed as weather changed that schedule slightly. On the day of my roof replacement I was without power so they couldn't run saws to do the work. Jerrall and his team showed up the next business day with a generator to do the work (this is above and beyond what they had to do). They corrected the issue and I now have a BEAUTIFUL LEAK FREE roof! This is a small family owned company so you won't get a live person to answer your call every time since they are on job sites working, but in return you get individual attention which is much more valuable to me. They do one job (house) at a time. The owner comes out on every job. You may find him working with the team and looking over things to make sure everything is done right and cleaned up at the end. I didn't find a single nail after they were done. They treated me with respect, took obvious pride in the work they did, and made it a good experience. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for roof work to be done.

Ace Roofing was fantastic -- the communication was great before during and after. The team was organized, hard-working and paid attention to detail. I was very happy with how everything looked and then another vendor stopped by for a different issue. He said to me "Wow, a lot of companies just slap it on -- these guys know what they are doing." I agreed wholeheartedly. Highly recommend!

He was punctual, friendly, and skilled. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed, no leaking at all since then.

Date and time were agreed upon. He showed up on time and completed all the work in about 2 hours. He had to make some of the metal sleeves as they were not standard equipment pieces. Very pleased with responsiveness and quality of work

I was very pleased with the service. Ace was professional and thorough. He took pictures of the problem areas and explained the problems to me patiently. He even assisted me in taking a look into the attic myself. He then sat down with me to review options for replacing the roof, giving me upgrade options and their costs if I decided to do a little extra. I was confident that he was honest and fair. My purpose in using Ace was just to get an estimate of the damages, but as it turned out, he wound up giving me a full proposal, which was fine. The proposal he gave me was presented in a nice brochure that he created right in his truck! Impressive! I was happy with the service and would highly recommend this company.

Responded promptly and arrived a few minutes early. Jerrall went WAY above and beyond the value of the Big Deal to make sure I was completely satisfied. Took pictures and explained everything he'd done. I cannot give higher praise for his professionalism, courtesy, and the quality of work! If you read this review and don't call this company, you are missing the opportunity to experience old fashioned quality, service, and value! I will never use another roofer!

I can't say enough good things about Jerrall! He was honest and up front with his quote. We bought our house 3 months ago knowing it would need a new roof. He told me up front that I would need to replace the plywood decking in addition to the shingles. He even took me up on the roof to show me where the existing plywood was rotting. Jerrall is thorough and took the time to explain exactly what he was quoting and what work would be done. I really appreciated his honesty. When it came time to pick the color of shingle (something I've never put much thought into), Jerrall offered to put 3 foot by 3 foot samples on the roof so my wife and I could see how they looked. This helped a lot with our decision. When it came time for the work to be done, the crew was on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up completely when they were done. Jerrall cares about his work and I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Jarrell was prompt -- actually a little early and after a brief conversation, he went to work. We were very pleased with his work to insure the roof was in good order. He also repaired an area where the house and deck meet that we were having a problem with a leak. He also advised us on the length of life remaining on our roof. I feel sure when the time comes we will be contacting him for that work.

Explained all of the work that needed to be done. All the work was done right. His cost was extremely reasonable. We would recommend him to anyone/everyone..
