He was excellent, honest, and professional.

During a bad rain storm, I notice water leaking in my house from the roof. This timing was horrible, since Christmas as the next day and I knew I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come out a take a look at the roof. I called several business and everyone said they couldn't get any out to my home until the following week. I called ACE Roofing and Jerrall (the owner) came out that day! He was very friendly and very professional. He went up in the attic and found where the problem was. Jerrall took his time and explain to me, where the water was coming from and how he could fix the problem. He came back out to my home, the following week and fixed the problem. I would definitely use his business again!

The owner of the company came and I was very impressed with him. They did absolutely exceptional. They are the best roofer I have ever had any experience with. He is about as professional as they come. He is knowledgeable. Their price is very competitive. The quality is exceptional. I wouldn't use anybody else.

I found their flier in my mail box and then I called to check if they were on Angie's List. They did a great job. I liked the fact that they nailed by hand and not by machine. The only thing I found a problem with is they didn't keep me updated as much as I wanted before they came to do the roof. I had to keep calling. Another thing was they had someone else with the same last name and they kept getting us confused so that was a problem.

Overall service was excellent from the beginning to the end.

To begin, they have a wonderful office person that is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and follows through. In my experience with roofers (and other service companies) this is very rare. There were no additional costs beyond the estimate. They keep me informed as to their start date and did come when promised. Tarps were used to catch the old debris. They did not drive on my lawn to haul off the tarps, but dragged them to the large trucks which they kept parked on the drive. They had to work in between rain showers so planned accordingly in only removing short sections of the roof at a time. The skylight installation also went well, was reasonably priced --- and looks great!

I called and left a message, but never received a return call. This is not a great way to do business, and we will not use or recommend this Company to anyone.

Our roof didn't leak prior to them coming in and working on the roof. The failed to place a ice and water seal around the chimney which is causing water damage in the house. They refuse to come back and fix the problem they have created.

Ace Roofs Inc. has done a good job. I was pleased with them. They did both of our houses. The price was fair.

Overall, it turned out fine. They did a nice job. We had no problems throughout the whole process. They came out for an estimate, and began working shortly after. We were not on a wait list for very long, and within two weeks of the estimate the roof was put on. They were honest and responsive and I would recommend them.

We did not end up replacing the roof because we sold the house.

Answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Provided good advice in helping us select shingle color and quality. Their quote included a recommendation to replace all of the wood comprising the roof based on their experience with other homes in the area. To our surprise their price was not significantly more than other quotes we received that assumed replacing just a few squares. The crew worked quickly and professionally; roof was completed in less than 2 days. Repaired some water damage at no extra charge. Cleaned up the debris well. Worked with the insurance company to maximize our reimbursement. The only negative was that is took several weeks to get on their schedule due to the high demand. Given the amount of repairs done for the money it was well worth the wait.

They were responsive with quoting but I did not use them. It was quick.

I called for an estimate. they replied same day and come and provided an estimate within days. They promptly did the work in a professional manor. They were fast, clean and copmetent.

We were happy with Ace Roofing Company. The roof looks really nice. They cleaned up after themselves terrifically. We just had a lot of confidence in them. The person who came out initially to do the estimate was here on the job site, which we liked. We have a gigantic roof; they charged us somewhere between $14000 and $17000. I?m not sure about the price. We got a lot of other estimates for this work. Considering the quality of the work, we felt that Ace Roofing Company was inline with other estimates. They weren?t the cheapest but we didn?t want to get the cheapest roof either. I think we got our money?s worth. We liked them and it was a positive experience, on the whole.

We had a great experience with Ace Roofing. We had an insurance claim issue and Ace Roofing took the time to come out with the insurance adjuster for 45 minutes and was extremely helpful. They got the roof done in two days despite weather issues.

Insurance paid for everything. The quality was good and everything was fine. They did such a good job that some of our friends ended up using them as well. There wasn?t even a nail left to be found when they were finished.

Mr. Rich came out and examined the roof and gave me his estimate and talked with me about the up grades. When I decided to go with Ace Roofing they came out and put up 3 colors of shingles for me to pick the final color. Once I picked the color a date was scheduled for wednesday - thursday and the crew showed up on thursday at 7;00 AM and they worked until 7:30. The roof looks great. They cleaned the yard and replace any thing that they had had to move. I couldn't be more pleased.

They came out and tore our old roof out, then replaced it with a new, great looking roof. They were excellent, they cleaned up after themselves wonderfully, I couldn't find a nail! They also use an old fashioned hammer instead of a nail gun which is much higher quality and a better end product. I would definitely recommend them.

Good job. He even covered the contents of my attic with plastic (which they unfortunately forgot to remove). The crew was diligent, polite and worked very hard under bad weather conditions (extreme heat and humidity) to complete the job. The roof looks excellent. I definitely would recommend.

Jerrell was outstanding in service and professionalism. He gave great consultation, took a firsthand interest in the work to be done, and treated the job as if it were his own house. He was very responsive in returning calls, and his team completed the job very quickly. I very highly recommend this company for roofing needs.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A THOROUGH JOB CLEANING UP THE AREA. THE OWNER CHECKED BACK WITH US TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB, AND CLEANED UP ANY ADDITIONAL DEBRIS.

THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS JOB. THEY DID NOT MAKE A BIT OF MESS IN THE YARD AND THEY PUT ALL THE OLD SHINGLES IN A TRUCK. THEY FINISHED IN A SINGLE DAY AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING! THEY WERE GREAT!
