Came on time, Looked at my roof. Found the gap between two roof tiles that was allowing water to seep into the attic. Closed the gap with a patch. Problem solved. Will definitely use him again. Very reasonably priced.

We found Jerrall on Angie's List. We called and left a message, which he returned within several hours. We set an appointment and he arrived on time. He performed an inspection and found the problem, showing us pictures of what he had found. He fixed the leak around our chimney as well as did some routine maintenance around other openings in the roof- sealing them to make sure we would not have future problems. Jerrall was knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I have placed him in my file for future roofing work.

WOW, I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the time in which it was completed. I filed a claim with my insurance company in order to get all the damage repaired and they even commented on what a good job the roofer did and what was his name. Jerrall came out, looked at and measured my roof thengave me a proposal the same day. He arranged to have the new roof installed within one week. The crew arrived on time, were professional, protected my plants and moved all the patio furniture, cleaned up the grounds and were careful to collect the nails that missed the tarps and even rolled the grass for nails. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done and the level of professionalism, skill and care that was demonstrated by everyone. Our new roof looks great!

Jerral is a very easy guy to get along with. A thorough gentleman and a true professional. Our sun-porch was leaking and he immediately identified the cause, poor repairs to old flashing. He meticulously removed the previous 'repair job,' removed the old flashing and carefully replaced it with exactly what I would have expected but executed like a true artisan. I highly recommend him for any roofing needs you may have.

eJerrall Rich sized up my situation and understood my problem and told me I needed a rubber membrane to cover the rood because of the pitch of the roof. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor! Jerrell was 100% on point. He and his crew communicated clearly everything that was going to happen in advance. He was on budget, on time, and crew could not have been nicer or neater. I wish every home project could go this well!

Jerrell was very punctual on giving us a bid, no high pressure sales. His crew arrived on time, and had the roof replaced, along with some facial replacement and quite a bit of OSB boards replaced all in one day. Clean up was excellent with no damage outside. ACE evaluated our roof and found an issue and then evaluated the attic area to make sure the findings would solve our problem. They wend above any other companies evaluation and did not leave until they were sure they could identify and resolve our problem, What a great company they said we had some roof damage and they could repair and the issue with water leakage in our attic. He also said that our roof had a little more time and he was more than willing to come our periodically and check it to make sure things were going okay. Instead of telling us it was time to get a new roof like all the other companies, they evaluated our problem, inspected the exterior and interior to make sure they could repair the issue and it cost us under 150.00! Thank you for restoring my Husbands faith in service providers. Angie's list has been so great for us, we have used several people from the list and refuse to go anywhere else. ACE is the best, we will use them when the time comes for a new roof, or any issues we might have as well as refer others to this great company.

I contacted Jarrell via Angie's List email and received a response within hours to my request for an estimate to perform the above listed work. Jarrell arrived on-time to inspect the the roof and wrote the estimate at the same time. Very pleasant personable individual who obviously takes pride in his work. I received an additional estimate from another Angie's List provider and it was $3K higher without including the skylights. Work was done in 1.5 days and we could not be more pleased. The workers were punctual, polite and very proficient/efficient in their work (Day 1 went from 7:15 AM until 8:15 PM; Day 2 &:15 AM until 2:00 PM). I would not hesitate to use Ace Roofing again, they have been in business since 1975, only do one roof at a time and are obviously in this for the long haul.

Jerrell came to the house to look at repairs that were listed on a home inspection report. He was such a nice person. was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He told me that he would not take any of our money because he did not see what the inspector was talking about. He felt it was a bit of a stretch on the inspectors part and said everything looked ok. He did find a different issue and suggested that I hire a contractor to take care of the repair. I offered to pay him $100 for coming out and he refused to take it. Told me to use the money towards the repair. Who does that !!! If you need any roof repairs use this company, it will be the best decision you will ever make.

Excellent!! Very Professional. Came out to the house and inspected the roof. Gave me an estimate and fixed the repairs. NO LEAKS!called him back since for another leak in another area and he made the repairs. I would "highly" recommend him. In a few more years I will need a new roof & he is the one that I will call.

After the hailstorm in May of 2014, I had the roof of my new home inspected by another roofer followed by an adjuster from my insurance company. At that time, both felt that I had minor cosmetic gutter damage, but no damage to the roof. While I did not file a claim then, I did want to have the roof reinspected this spring to be sure that it still was in good condition. I found Ace Roofing on Angie's List and called Jerrill yesterday. He agreed to come out today to reinspect for me. Happily, the roof continues to be fine, which Jerrill explained had to do with it having new shingles that had been carefully applied. He also felt that the minor dents in the top of the gutters were cosmetic and not a reason to replace them. Jerrill's thoroughness in inspecting and explaining are to be commended! He has put my mind at ease abut the roof and did not charge me for his expertise. Should I ever need work done on my roof, I will call Jerrill knowing that he is an honest and knowledgeable roofer.

Jarel contacted me right away, after I requested a roof inspection. He met me at the site and we discussed options from repair to replacement. Replacement made more sense, and he scheduled the work. One of the things that impressed me is that he only does one house at a time, which means when he shows up, he doesn't leave until the job is done. He actually staged all the materials at my house the afternoon before the installation, and the job was complete the next day. Jarel then met me at the house the following day to discuss the work and give me the warranty, etc. I am pleased with the results.

He was prompt, profressional and when it's time for a new roof I will definitely call them back.

I asked Ace Roofing to inspect the roof after another company told me that the roof needed to be replaced due to age and storm damage. Ace responded quickly and was able to perform the inspection within a few days. He inspected the roof as well as the attic area and advised me that the roof did NOT need to be replaced at this time. He even did a small repair that he noted needed to be done at no additional charge. I was very pleased with their service.

He told me that my roof was too high. He was quick to let me know and he was very upfront. I did appreciate his honesty.

The roof you installed looks great and the entire process from beginning to end could not have gone any better. I especially appreciate how you explained all my options but did not pressure me in any way to select any particular option. The proposal that you gave me was very detailed and spelled out exactly what products would be used, what work would be done and the cost of doing that work. This gave me peace of mind about the whole project. The crew that did the tear-off of the old shingles and the installation of the new shingles was great. They showed up early, usually before 7:30 AM and stayed late, leaving just before it got dark. Before leaving for the day, they cleaned up and removed any nails and debris from the driveway. Thanks again for a job well done. I now understand why ACE Roofing got such high grades with both the BBB and with Angie's, List.

Jerrall re-roofed our house in the early nineties shortly after he first moved to the Charlotte area. Outstanding work at a very competitive price. His professionalism, communication about the work being done, suggestions were very commendable. His crew cleaned up at the end of the day so well I could not tell that anyone was working on the house. We were so impressed with his work on that roof that was still in good shape at the end of the warranty period (right through Hurricane Hugo), that when it came to be time for a new roof, I just gave the job to Jerrall without shopping around. The results were the same as 20 years earlier. In all our years of experience of contracting work for the home I don't know of anyone else that I would give the same unqualified approval for any work done at our house.
