Description of Work: I have many large trees that always require some work, and an occasional total removal. I have used AAA Tree Experts and will continue to use them. I recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: AAA Tree Experts was selected for a quote for the removal of 2 or 3 trees by my mother-in-law, at the recommendation of one of her neighbors. I checked them on Angie's List prior to their appointment and found a mixture of good and bad and suggested she get additional quotes. |She got three quotes...the second, from a large reputable firm was $2400 and the third, from a company recommended by a friend, quoted $1200-$1400 based on final work that needed to be done. $6,000 vs $1200????? |More importantly, AAA was very pushy and wanted her to sign a contract immediately. Fortunately, she declined and saved thousands.

Description of Work: I am disappointed in AAA Tree Experts. I paid $300 for Deep-Root Fertilizing to help strengthen the affected trees (they have been diagnosed to have Scale - a bug infestation of some kind) and then I paid $200 in June for AAA to spray the Scale. Although for some time AAA maintained the bug is susceptible to the spray in May, they decided early June was the right time. This could be. I saw no evidence of AAA having visited on either occasion so I had to take their word for it. Fast forward to August - the trees are again exhibiting the same symptoms as in the previous summers including excessive amounts of dessicated leaves falling, much worse than my neighbors. I called AAA on 8/12/15 and left a message with the receptionist hoping I would get a response from Patrick, who originally did the work. No response. I'm sure I called again though I'm not sure of the date, left a message, and no response. Short of it is my trees are slowly dying and I'm out $500. As I explained to Patrick, these trees mean a lot to me and it looks like I will have to take them down.

Description of Work: We just had six small and one small to medium size trees removed, and one stump removed (to the ground level). The larger tree was leaning over into our neighbor's yard, and they had to go in our neighbor's yard. AAA took one week to schedule and complete the work(it was not an emergency). It took them about 3.5 hours, and they did an excellent job. They were courteous, on time, left everything neat in the yard, and even offered to chip some wood we had laying in our front yard. They handled everything with care. I was very impressed. The cost of the work was $825.00. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: the AAA tree team removed a very large oak near the back of my house and also trimmed trees beside the garage and in front of the house. They were very professional and safely removed the tree and cleaned the area when they were finished. I was very pleased with the work and found it to be a fair price.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate. They were over twice as much as anyone else and that did not even include stump grinding. The job was to have 4 trees removed. One tree was fairly large, the others not that much. There were no hazards around so it was a very straight forward job. I have dropped my share of trees and know that this is not that big of a job. I got the feeling that this company will take advantage of those who do not know any better. Beware. If the company responds they will probably talk about having insurance or some other reason why they would charge such a very high price. The company that gave me an estimate for less than half the price for more work is insured and highly rated on Angie's List.
