Person would not provide an itemized invoice that I needed for insurance purposes, saying that the removal of the fallen limb was free because he was doing other work, too. I asked him if the tree limb removal were the only thing he would do, would it be free? There is time associated with removing the fallen limb, which means money is involved for his labor and the cost of equipment. I became concerned that his unwillingness to provide service to help me get reimbursement for the cost of tree limb removal would also be seen when he came to do the work. I told him I would request other quotes, to which he responded, "Sounds good." Would I continue to see an unprofessional attitude throughout the entire engagement? I became unwilling to find out. Now, I will start all over again to find another company while the limb continues to sit on my fence. In the future, the company also will not be called to do the approximate $4,300 work that we discussed in detail.

I was extremely satisfied with AAA Tree Experts taking down my 110', 130 yo, 40" diam., poplar tree. They used a crane from the road with virtually zero damage to my lawn and did a great job cleaning up. The four-man crew was quite professional and friendly. I highly recommend them, especially for the largest of trees. At $3500, their cost was relativlely low cost compared to several other quotes.

They did an excellent job, we had 2 huge trees and they did a good job on that. punctual and professional, pricing was very fair. Not the cheapest but you get your money's worth

Great. Small job but needed to be done right away. Called, came to provide quote, and performed work in one day. Charge was job minimum.

Very well. Oaks were enormous and had been recommended for removal by another reputable tree service. AAA gave me the best price on their removal. Crews were very professional and polite.

I had two trees that needed to come down. When I called and asked Larry McAlpine to come out and look at my trees and tell me what he thought, he did a thorough job. He looked at all of my trees and took his time explaining to me what I needed to do and why. It made perfect sense, and when he told me the cost, I felt that it was fair. He kept me posted every step along the way as to when his crew would be coming. They showed up on time, went over everything with me and got to work. They were thorough, professional, courteous and knew exactly what they were doing. One of the trees was dicey to deal with, but they used their ropes and it came down with no damage to the house or the other tree that was next to it. They cleaned up their work, and my yard was spotless when they left. They even helped me get up my last batch of leaves! Later, I dealt with Kayla at the office to give her my payment. She was as delightful as Larry and the crew. I couldn't be happier, and I can't recommend this company highly enough. I give them 10 stars out of five!

The workers showed up on time, worked hard throughout the day, and did a terrific job. Mr. McAlpine, Arborist/Tree Care Consultant, was assigned to oversee this job. He stopped by a few times while this work was being done and to answer any questions/concerns I might have. I would highly recommend AAA Tree Experts, Inc. and plan to hire them again.

If you could see the before and after appearance of our 3 enormous willow oaks you would call AAA the Cadillac of Tree Service. You do pay for the Cadillac, but it was worth it for the quality of the job. They were prompt with responses and right on time for the work that needed to be done. They worked in difficult circumstances along a busy street. The appearance of the 3 huge willow oak trees is noticeably improved and I'm sure the trees are healthier for it. They came with a bucket truck and 2 climbers. The men worked hard and long hours. My only displeasure was minor and taken care of. Their idea of clean-up with a blow and rake was not the same as my idea of clean-up with blow and rake. I worked on it for an hour, then the supervisor and I worked together for another half hour and then he called a 3 man crew in to do the job. They worked for a couple hours making sure the front yard was cleaned up and any inadvertent breakage of branches of other shrubs was pruned out. They took an additional sled of debris away. They did care that we were happy with the job and worked with us until we were. Not every company will do that.

It went really great. There were two of them that were difficult to get out. They didn't cause any damage at all. Another tree was right off the back porch and my wife's favorite dog tree was right next to this monstrous tree and the dogwood was just fine.

They are fully insured. They get the job done and haul off the trees. They are very professional.

They do a nice job. They come when they say they will and do a good job cleaning up.

I think they are very good every time they come out. AAA tree service is very organized, and use good equipment. Just overall good people.

We woke up on Wednesday morning to find that our huge Bradford Pear Tree had split in two...and fell mostly into the neighbor's yard. We called AAA Tree Experts and explained that it was an emergency situation. Within a couple of hours, a 3-man crew with truck/chipper arrived. Since the tree was very close to our house, and our fence and another Bradford Pear, it had to be taken down limb by limb. The crew did a very professional job in close quarters. Everything was cleared away to our satisfaction - and - our neighbor's. We were very pleased that AAA Tree Experts were responsive in a timely fashion.

Very well. They took their time and methodically went through each tree and removed dead and unnecessary limbs. Cleaned up very well when they were done.

AAA Tree Experts did an amazing job responding to our request for quote and performing the work we requested. All work was done on time with complete clean-up - with exception of the mulch piles where trees once stood, you'd never know they were there to begin with. We would definitely hire them again if needed.

It was excellent, good job, and cleaned up. They had to remove the big limbs that were hanging over my carport roof and they did it without dropping anything on the roof.

They never called me back to set up the estimate. I spoke to the receptionist who took my info and informed it would be up to 48 hours to return my call. That was several weeks ago so I went with another company.

The crew was very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. My only suggestion is to call before coming. Luckily, I was home and could go over a change in the job. Would definitely use AAA again.

Don't know, hoping to save the tree from leaf rot.

Fantastic! Shawn Gibbons came out promptly upon called and did a very thorough job of assessing the area. The limb had fallen from a tree in our neighbor's yard so we wanted to make sure that the removal work was done fairly and properly. Shawn was wonderful and very knowledgable in providing us with the exact information we needed to complete the job.
