This morning I discovered a set of house keys had been stolen. Ted's Locksmith had outstanding reviews on Angie's so I gave them a call. They were available the same day, and set an appointment for between 10:30 and 12:30. Before ending the call, Ted advised me to check on Angie's list for the Deal coupon, to save a little money, which I did. Ted arrived right on time, and quickly and professionally re-keyed all four locks. Besides the on-line deal I had already purchased, I had him make three additional keys at $3 each. A very unsettling situation was handled quickly and well, thank to Angie's and Ted's Locksmiths.

Teddy called me and said he was finished early on another job and asked if I could meet him sooner at my new home. He saved me 4 hours of wait time. He rekeyed all of my outside door locks and two inside deadbolts. He was very friendly, professional and I recommend him to anyone who wants quick and professional service at a reasonable price.

Teddy was wonderful. He showed up an hour after my initial call and was very friendly and professional. I had purchased the new hardware at Lowes and he installed everything for us. In addition he offered to take off the old brass knocker, which I appreciated since it didn't match the new hardware we had purchased. It was one less thing I would have had to do. I was extremely pleased with the price as well. In the past when I've been locked out of my house, a locksmith charged me $100 just to get me back in. Teddy did that and more. I will definitely use him again, and would recommend him to friends. If you need a locksmith, he's the one to call.

Prompt, courteous and to the point estimate. The representative was here within half hour, introduced himself and gave me his card. He was very respectful and did his job as expected in a few minutes. Would definitely call again and recommend.

This went well. I contacted Teddy through Angie's List last night, and he got back to me right away. We set up a time window of 12 to 2 today, and he was on time. He quoted me a price before he arrived, and it was accurate. I'd use him again!

Teddy was the best locksmith I have ever worked with. He was able to come to the job site quickly after my call. He was very professionally dress and well spoken. He is very fair on his prices and all around a great business owner.

Teddy was great, as expected based on other Angie's List reviews. I sent a message via AL and he responded immediately. We set up an appointment for the next day based on when my husband and the moving truck were scheduled to arrive. Although we chose a timeframe, it shifted because the truck was running two hours behind. What I really appreciated was Teddy's flexibility with our fluid situation. He stayed in touch with me and my husband via text. He ended up coming much earlier than originally planned so he could be in and out before the moving company arrived. (Originally, the plan was for his to come after, but as it ended up the movers weren't done until 8:00 pm. )

Teddy was a joy. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and one of the most pleasant individuals I've ever met. First he arrived on time. Second he manage to fit me into his busy schedule because He understood my concern about my safety. Third and more inportantly, He understood what I needed, explain what he would be doing and even answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot. He was neat, clean and fast. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I have already decided to use him on other projects in the future.

I initially contacted Teddy via email through this Angies List website. I explained that we were closing on our home the following week and that although I wanted him on the day we had the closing, I wasn't sure what time we would be finished. Teddy promptly responded to my email. He gave me a tentative appointment time for the requested day and told me I could call to adjust the time if needed. (The closing finished early and Teddy came earlier as promised). In my initial email I also requested a price quote had a few other questions. Teddy responded to all of my questions. The prices he charged were exactly what he quoted in his email ($75 trip fee, $15 re-key fee per lock, $2/extra key). Although I had printed out my 10% off Angies coupon, with the chaos of the move I didn't remember I had done so, let alone remember to present it. So it was a pleasant surprise when upon presenting his bill, I discovered Teddy had remembered I was an Angie's customer and subtracted the discount without my asking. When Teddy arrived, he explained the process, telling me exactly what he was going to do. He estimated the process would take 45 minutes to an hour...he was done with everything in about 45 minutes. Teddy was polite and professional throughout. He was efficient and his prices were reasonable. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
