It went well. Very personable and professional, i had 3 doors so it required an unexpected additional cost, but the service was great!

I am new to using Angie's List. This was my first service experience and it couldn't have been more pleasant or gone any smoother! The owner, Teddy, was extremely professional. He arrived within the timeframe committed (this job was arranged day of service which makes his prompt attention extra impressive), and he worked expediently while also answering my general questions. I would highly recommend Teds Locksmith and would also use his services again if needed. He provided a really good introduction to Angie's List for a First-Timer!

I contacted Ted (Teddy) to change my locks last night after my Ex broke into my house. He was already fully booked but told me he'd come to me as soon as he could in the morning and was here personally by 9:30am the next morning. True to his word he replaced 4 locks in less than 30 min and charged me the Angie's List discount price. He even wouldn't take my tip at first. For rearranging his schedule and getting to me on time as he said he would I insisted. If this is the service you need, THIS is where to get it!!

Ted was great. He answered all of my quesations, changed the keys and chatted while taking less than an hour to complete everything. Professional, helpful friendly and on time, I couldn't ask for more. Ted does great work and provides great service.

Went very well. I did not have keys for my house (since I am the new homeowner). He rekeyed more than the 4 locks because I got all my doors re-keyed at the same time. He even fixed the front door lock which was hard to manually close and lock. I would recommend Ted to anyone.

I called Ted based on the reviews on Angie's List and told him my wife, who is a realtor, had a client that needed his condo locks re-keyed asap to prevent his prior tenant access to his condo.Ted said he could do it first thing the next day. He called me promptly the next day, I told him where he could find the key to get into the condo and he said he would be done in under an hour. True to his word he called 45 minutes later and he was finished. I paid him via Square and he even honored the 10% discount offered on Angie's List. Everything was handled over the phone. Tenant was very happy to have his condo secured. Ted provided very prompt service & demonstrated constant communication throughout the service. We've found our new locksmith. Thanks Ted!!

I needed the locks rekeyed quickly and, although I was slightly outside his service area, Ted was able to come the day I called. He arrived when he said he would, did what I asked him to, and charged what he said he would. On top of that, he was a pleasant, affable guy. What more could I ask? I'll definitely cal him again, if the need arises. I added him to my favorites.

Teddy is a true professional. He was on time and rekeyed all the doors in less than 40 minutes.

Teddy was extremely responsive (most places you call you get shuttled to different people, put on hold etc) but Teddy answers directly and addresses your needs on the spot. Had him at my residence less than 24 hours later. Serviced quite a few locks, some of them decorative and a bit more complex. Arrived at appointment exactly when they promised, and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use again. Thumbs up.

Teddy was quick!. He came out on time, checked out the issue, had the parts on him, and replaced the dead bolt in less then 30 minutes, He also made sure the lock wouldn't stick..Would definitely use him again...

Actually showed up a little bit early. Told me right away that doorknob needed replaced, and gave me option on deadbolt. I chose to get a new deadbolt rather than repair the old one, so the key's would match. Service took 20 minutes, Teddy was very courteous and professional.

Contacted us right away. Showed up as scheduled, friendly, fast professional service. Even managed to create a key after we lost our home keys. Very happy with the service.
