Description of Work: I purchased a deal to have 4 locks re-keyed for $119. Ted responded in a few days and was able to schedule a visit promptly. It turned out that I did not need to have all four locks re-keyed, but needed some different services instead. Ted was happy to apply the amount I paid for the deal to the services I did use and gave me a few dollars cash back. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.

Wow, I was really surprised to see this review. As all my other reviews for the last few years are "A" I see this customer had purchased a Big deal online through Angies List and I received the confirmation message. I then responded back within the next day asking what would be a good time and also needed a phone number and address to contact them so we could set up an appointment. I never got a response back from the customer. Then I find this "F" Review. All I would have needed was a call or message and there would have never been a problem. Hope we can resolve this ASAP.
