Description of Work: I originally thought I had an animal in my house but they could not find evidence of anything so they explained to me what I could have heard and thought a bird had gotten into one of the vents. They capped all the vents and will be coming back to finish job next month due to some nest that were found. I was very please with the work and the explanations given. I would definitely use this service again

Description of Work: We had an unknown number of squirrels driving us crazy in our attic. I called A-1 Wildlife Control and they came to the house almost immediately to set traps, which ultimately caught 2 squirrels. They had an impressive, humane method to confirm that they got them all and that the ones they caught would never come back. They professionally patched the holes chewed by the squirrels and did all they could to ensure we would not have a problem in the future. Shawn, the gentleman who lead the project, was awesome. Gave me his cell phone number and said to call or text anytime, including weekends, when a squirrel was trapped, so that he could be there almost immediately to retrieve it. These folks know the SCIENCE as well as the ART of catching squirrels and keeping them out! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

They removed the bats, cleaned the attic and sealed the entry points. | |During our initial call the receptionist explained the process and gave pricing for different scenarios (few bats vs a colony, types of entry points that may need sealed, etc.) | |The technician inspected the property and showed us the work he would do that corresponded to the line items on his written proposal and answered all of our questions. He was able to start the work in three days.

Description of Work: I don't know what happened to the guy, but he did come by here once and picked up some squirrels. I paid him for it, and he put his traps back up there. I went out of town, and when I came back, the traps were gone. I didn't hear from the guy until June 20th. He put a credit report violation on my part. I don't think that's the way to do business. If I owed him anything else, he should've billed me and I would've paid him. He didn't say anything or call and tell me anything. Now, I have this thing in the mail about my credit report, and I don't think that's right.

Description of Work: Yes. Tim was very patient. He addressed my primary concern and then made me aware of the other pests around my house. He displayed a wealth of knowledge What I found most valuable was not only what the creatures were, or how and why they did what they did but how his company will address those creatures.

Description of Work: We had A-1 Wildlife remove a squirrel and its nest from our garage 2nd floor attic and replace the soffit where it had come in. The technician that came to the house was courteous, punctual, and did a great job of taking care of the issue. We felt their overall professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to meet our needs on a timely manner will definitely keep us as returning customers for any future needs.

Description of Work: Perfect experience. A dove was trapped in our chimney, and our best hope was that it could be humanely removed and restored to the wild. Within 2 hours of my phone call, that was the result. Felipe was prompt, personable, and efficient. He showed due care for our home, as well as for the dove. He offered ideas for capping the chimney to prevent other birds from entering, along with an explanation of what our chimney swifts will do if we cap the chimney (the reason we had not previously installed a cap). He was not the slightest bit pushy--just informative. If we do cap the chimney, or if we ever need this sort of service again, these are the folks I will use.
