We were completely satisfied. The company offers two options: a one-price all-you-can-catch package for two weeks, or paying individually for each animal. We paid for the package and caught eight squirrels in five days before deciding we had removed enough of the critters to satisfy ourselves. We then ended the contract, though they had been prompt and friendly with their daily pickups.

It went really well. Chris let me know when he was arriving, he was friendly, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Completed the job after several months waiting for the critter to leave and sealed up the hole. The initial quote was for $260 which was paid then they came back and sealed the small hole for $260. Seems a bit steep and also they were not very clear on the total price. Beware!

I kept hearing a noise in the attic, I didn't know if it was squirrels or mice or something else. I called A-1, Chris S was sent out. He did a thorough inspection of the outside of my house before coming inside to check the attic. Once he got into the attic, he discovered I had no squirrels but there were mouse droppings. He put out some glue traps and offered to come out and retrieve them for me if I noticed a smell. He was thorough in explaining everything and answered all of my questions. I felt confident. I would hire again especially if I knew Chris was coming back out.

I called A-1 to come out and check for a piece of snake skin that I found in my attic. There was no evidence of a snake currently in my attic so I figured just an inspection to see where they might be coming in from was worth the look. The cost of the inspection was $169 (seemed really steep for an inspection considering there was no actual animal to be removed). Chris was very professional and showed me evidence of where a critter might come through. He also informed me that it was pretty old and had been there for over a year - so was very knowledgeable of pest evidence. Took a walk around the house, pointed out an area where they might be coming in from, and told me I can seal it off myself. He was at my house for under 25 minutes. He determined there is an opening at the top of my house that could have wire put over it. To screen over four 3' base triangular areas across my house, A1 quoted me $600.00. I was able to purchase this same wire from a home improvement store for under $20 and installed the screen on my covers in under 2 hours. I understand that these workers are insured, but if I would have paid A1 close to $800 for $30 of materials and under 3 hours of work. As much as I enjoyed Chris upfront honesty and ability to work with, I think this company is too expensive.

Very profesional even though I did not use them this time. I will probably keep them in mind for next opportunity.

Poor communication; paid for inspection and signed up for $2000+ work to be done to remove bats and prevent reinfestion. Told the work would be done from 8am-2pm. My husband took the day off from work. Nobody showed up. Called the number on the contract and were told it was the wrong person (sales person). Called the company number and were told the time had now been pushed to an arrival of 12pm-2pm. This is a very bad example of poor customer service.

A-1 Wildlife Control sealed up areas in my attic that allowed birds to get inside. They came as soon as I contacted them and knew exactly what to do. Their price was the best. They are experts and I will use them in the future if needed !!

Phil came out to check out the roof and damage done by the squirrel. Found the damage immediately, assessed the damage, set up a trap and advised me of the procedures followed by the company. He advised me that their company was not set up to do the repairs on the roof due to the specific construction at the point of entry. I felt good about his honesty. Phil advised my handyman the situation and what he had found. The squirrel was caught within several hours. I advised Phil of the success and he sent out a driver to pick up the squirrel and set another trap in case there were additional intruders. No more showed up, they picked up the empty trap. I was amazed at the ridiculous pricing quoted me by other pest control companies. A1 was by far the most reasonable; they were happy to share their knowledge, pleasant and professional.

My wife heard plastic storage containers falling down in our attic and assumed it was “Critters”. So she called A-1 Wildlife Control and Chris came out the next day, as promised and did a thorough inspection/search for any trace of unwanted wild life. No tracks in the dust, no droppings and no entry points for any furry friends. What was even more impressive was he pulled out a massive ladder, by himself, and examined the highest, hardest area to see on our roof to make absolutely sure we hadn't been infiltrated. Great job Chris. The peace of mind was worth every penny!

Chris was extremely professional and thorough and offered several options we could try. He was extremely responsive while we played the waiting game. Without going into the details, the “endeavor” was a success and we are finally, finally squirrel free. We’ll definitely call Chris and A-1 again if we ever experience one so brazen again.

Our house was sealed to prevent bats entering. Shawn & Nathan were very professional & knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly & efficiently. The office staff failed to mention I was on the schedule for the day they arrived but all ended well & the job was done to my satisfaction.

They came and found an opening that needed to be resealed. Said they did not have anyone to do the job for a month. They could put a piece of cardboard there allowing the pest to go back inside and then they could capture them. However, the pests were not inside. The owner went on for quite a while about how I was wrong to just want the area sealed and finally managed to convince me that he was not someone I would want to deal with. Even though they could not complete the job that I needed to be done I was charged $159.00 anyway. This review does not apply to,the technician that was sent to locate the problem.

Pleasant experience. This was my first experience with something like this. All three individuals that I worked with were friendly and professional (Tristan and Chris - I think the third was Angela in the office). They provided additional information as to why I was experiencing the problem with squirrels and offered multiple solutions. I would hire them again if needed.

After contacting Wildlife control, I felt I explained what I needed to have done. I requested the existing chimney/flue cap be removed, any wasps in chimney killed, remove any nest in chimney, place a small screen over the flue and then reinstall the chimney/flue cap. When the service tech arrived and we reviewed my request he did not feel comfortable removing the cap (since he did not know how it was attached) and did not have a small enough screen that would keep wasps from coming back into the chimney. We agreed that since he did not feel comfortable performing work as requested, there was not need for him to do anything. Since I have answer the question "Would I use again", I am saying yes since I am not sure how successful he would have been if he had done any work

They inspected the room and attic and were able to determine that the problem was likely a dead mouse trapped in a wall. They could have incurred more expense and torn out walls to find it, but they recommended letting nature takes its course, based on the smell and how long it had been there. They also explained how we could apply poison to prevent a future occurrence. They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Everything went really well, we were very pleased with their work and the on time completion of the project. We had the siding gaps sealed with silicone, louver vents sealed with mesh wire and a bat trap was hung for 2 weeks. At the end of that time A1 Wildlife came to remove the trap and desinfected the attic. We highly recommend A1 Wildlife Control

For years my home has been the home of many squirrels. Early on A-1 Wildlife suggested I wrap the entire house to protect from further problems. I didn't. I finally did after the fourth round of squirrels entered my attic. A-! technicians were very prompt and courteous, and installed the barrier in very short order. I recommend their services.
