Description of Work: Removed bird from eave,installed basket to prevent entryou and caulked other holes they found. Downside was they tried to sell me $150 worth of rat poison as there were supposedly "early signs of mice." Since I already had a service to take care of that I declined. That provider spent twice as long at my house and found nothing...you decide what to make of that.

Description of Work: We had a serious squirrel problem that a previous wildlife expert failed to correct. A-1 came out within 3 hours of my call and set traps (with one man only versus the 3 from the previous company). I called the next day to advise the little bugger had been able to squeeze out of the trap. A-1 came back out immediately and fixed the trap. Three days later there was no sign of the squirrel and A-1 placed a stainless steel cover over the vent opening and we have had no issues since. Super professional service. Thank you Angie's List.

Description of Work: Rep came and had no latter, used no covers for his dirty shoes to walk though my home and I had to help him to climb On top of my new washer to access my attic space. He was not prepared and had his price versus the company's. I'm not sure that Angie's list is worth the effort. I don't recall the price or date of services.

Description of Work: Found an opposum in a box in my basement, and they came and picked it up for me. Alan was very helpful in providing information about opposums and how to properly remove it. Couldn't have been a better experience. Hopefully the opposum is as happy with the outcome as I am.

Description of Work: A-1 came out to clean out nests from our bathroom vents and place covers to ensure no birds could re-enter. They also identified that my dryer vent was another point of entry and recommended an additional cover. The tech had to come back later in the week as he didn't have enough covers on the truck since he had already left the office before I had called for an appointment. He applied a temporary cover and came back later in the week at no cost and finished the last 2 vent covers. Everything went great and was done quickly and have had no problems.

+ -1 moreHE MADE A VERY QUICK INSPECTION OF THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE. HE SAID IT LOOKS PRETTY TIGHT. FROM THIS HE DETERMINED IT WAS NOT A SQUIRREL BUT MICE. I THINK HE COULD HAVE BEEN MORE THOROUGH AND COULD HAVE SPENT LESS TIME ON HIS CELL PHONE WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS. HE DID NOT THOROUGHLY CHECK THE ATTIC WHERE I WAS HEARING THE PITTER PATTER. HE WANTED $ 75 FOR A POISON AND $85 FOR A SCREEN. I PASSED ON BOTH. HE REPLACE A SHINGLE FOR $25, HOWEVER. NEXT TIME I WILL PROBABLY FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.
