Everything went fine!
Description of Work: Excellant work! Installed a new professional-line Genie garage door opener. This unit is better than the ones sold in Home Depot. It is very quiet, strong, and has better accessories (like the opener that goes in your car has metal clips instead of plastic attachment). Mr. Todd is very fast, reliable, and professional.

Description of Work: I joined Angie's list because I looked for a garage door repairman and spoke to a lot of scheisters. People wanted to provide me with coupon codes, said no charge for the call however minimum part charge was 250, etc etc. It was very frustrating as what I wanted was an honest garage door guy. I joined Angies List, looked through the reviews. I called Sturdy Todd, he quoted me a price for Saturday afternoon and another for Monday. He came out Monday, gave me a great price and my garage door sounds better than when it was installed. If you want an honest repairman with fairprices than call Sturdy Todd

Excellant experience!
Description of Work: Most honest business man ever! He came out for a service call and made a simple adjustment and did not charge me for anything. He said it could be the electronic switch board is malfunctioning and that the system is under life-time warrenty. I called the company to get the part. Right now the door is working and the adjustment may be all that was needed. If the problem happens again, I can get a new part mailed to me and Mr. Todd can install it and get paid by the manufacture of the door opener. I really appreciated how responsive, honest, and professional he is and will only use him as the person to do any work on my garage door.

Description of Work: 20 year old Craftsman opener had quit working. Turned out it had just come up too far and hung. Mr Todd corrected the situation, adjusted and lubricated the door and the checked out the second door while her was there.

Description of Work: Sturdy returned my call the same day and helped me with the reprogramming of my garage keypad. He was so helpful and giving of his time over the phone with no charge. I had used him before for garage door work and was extremely pleased. He is a role-model for all contractors.

Description of Work: My garage door opener was not working properly. The gentlemen came when they said they would, were very polite, explained the problem and replaced the worn out part. They also tightened all the bolts and checked out the rest of the door to make sure it was in good working order before leaving.
