I called Todd Clark for an estimate for having electrical outlets and a light installed in my crawl space. Mr. Clark came out at the appointed time, we discussed the situation with him making some valuable suggestions, and he said that he would cost it out. He called soon thereafter with a very fair estimate and we scheduled a time for the work to be done. Mr. Clark showed up at the appointed time at performed the work according to plan. He even reduced the cost a bit because, as he explained, the job did not take him quite as long as he had anticipated. Todd Clark is highly professional and courteous, and I highly recommend him. If I need additional electrical work, I will definitely ask him to do the job.

l had a circuit that wasn't working. I had tried replacing the circuit breaker myself, but it still didn't work. Todd was behind schedule, but he called me to let me know he was delayed due to a job taking longer than expected. Delays happen, but it is not often that a servicer will call to keep you informed. He arrived, I explained the issue, and he got to work troublshooting. In electrial repair, it is all about your troubleshooting methods. I had showed him the plugs on the circuit. He determined that those plugs were fine. Then, he surprised me. He found that there was another connection upstream from all of those plugs -- a light in the attic. And, yes, it had shorted. Good work. Problem solved. So, I tossed in a problem with a phone outlet I couldn't figure out. I had replaced the receptacle and wired it exactly like the others, but it didn't work. He quickly determined that it was wired in a weird way -- unlike the others. Another pleasant surprise!

It went well after some discussion about the price. I did not list (above) the actual price I paid because we had some misunderstanding about the cost. I should have been more specific and asked for a price estimate before Todd arrived at my home. We did work it out, but I believe my expectation was probably far less than market value.

Work went very well. Will have him back to do more work soon.

He did a great job. I give him thumbs up because he did a good job. I knew what he was doing and he was very nice at what he was doing. He explained about what he was doing and he was very thorough. He was very professional and very friendly. He answered whatever questions I had.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and did everything we needed them to do. The estimate was accurate. The guy was very professional. We were really happy with the work. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, we are going to call them in the next couple of days and have them do some more work.

Todd Clark returned my call for assistance within hours and worked me into his schedule the following day. He arrived on time and quickly began investigating the problem we were having with our fuse socket. He has experience working on fuse boxes and carries needed supplies on his truck. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and was able to fix the problem within about an hour. Soon after he left, I left the house and did not return home until around 10:00 that night. When I got home I discovered that our furnace was not working. I didn't know whether we had a problem with our furnace, or perhaps with the circuit that supplies power to it. I called Todd that night to ask whether he thought it was possible that anything he did could have affected this circuit. He was not sure, but offered to come out to our house ( a 45-minute drive) that night (dec 23rd) to check it out just in case. He determined that while working on one socket he may have jostled the one next to it and was able to fix it within an hour. He charged us nothing and was a total professional about it. My husband and I are planning on having him come back to upgrade our service.

Mr. Scott is always prompt and efficient. He came in finshed one job, asked about the next and finished within the hour. He is a very nice person and gives very good advice. His wife who answers the phone is always pleasant and helpful.

Todd does his own work. He arrived a couple of minutes early, and was friendly, professional, efficient, and clean. Gave me an estimate and actually ended up charging less. While he was here I asked him about another wiring project on the 2nd floor; he told me what the challenges and difficulties would be with it and then suggested a simpler alternative. Terrific work from beginning to end and I took a couple of his cards so I could recommend him to neighbors and friends. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

It went very well. No electrician is inexpensive, but Todd was reasonable and very professional.

Todd was easy to reach (prompt reply to messages left on his business answering machine), and arrived promptly for his scheduled estimate appointment. He has an easy-going, straight-shooting manner, and likes dogs (bonus point number one). He provided his quote promptly. Once we decided to go with Todd, he scheduled his return in about 10 days. During his quote visit, he had forecasted that we would need sheetrock repair after he ran the wire to install the two new pendant lights over our island. He went above and beyond the call of duty to utilize existing fixtures to run the wire without destroying our ceiling, thus we saved about $200 (bonus points two and three). Attuned to the customer satisfaction premise of "underpromise and overdeliver", he reserved this possiblity during our initial conversation. Very smart! Todd quickly and thoroughly cleaned up after each small project, leaving my kitchen floor cleaner than when he arrived (bonus point four). I am thoroughly pleased and would not hesitate to call Todd with any further electrical needs we may encounter.

Mr. Clark arrived on time to give an estimate. He was efficient and polite. He suggested better solutions for the placement of the waste disposer circuit switch and for the type of bathroom fan/light than the ones I had anticipated. He promised to install the fan/light in such a way as to minimize the the damage to the bathroom ceiling, which appeared somewhat weak. His estimate was only about two thirds the other estimate I received for these jobs, and his suggestions as to how to proceed were far better than those from the other estimate. I hired him, and he again came on time and worked steadily on the jobs. The most complex was the installation of the bathroom fan/light. He succeeded in avoiding damage to the bathroom ceiling and he cleaned up after each of the jobs he did. Several days after he left the new GFI (?) circuit for the bathroom fan/light tripped. I reset it but it tripped again several more times. I called Mr. Clark and he told me that he would replace it if he found that the GFI was defective. He returned at the appointed time, found that it was defective, and promptly replaced it (free of charge, of course). I am extremely impressed by his efficiency, professionalism, courtesy, and his very reasonable charges. He is a gem!

One of Todd's projects was the hall light which hasn't worked for the six months we've lived here - I tried replacing the bulb but that didn't fix the problem. Todd politely pointed out that I'd replaced the bulb with a defective one. Doh. During the course of the day he drilled a few holes - I was surprised to see that he had found my dustbuster and was cleaning up behind himself! He answered all of my questions, gave useful suggestions, was honest, and did the work quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!

I called Mr Clark on the recommendation of a spa serviceman, and within 24 hours the job was done. He made the appointment for the next day, was on time, Bill was right in line with the estimate, even though additional complications were discovered. I am very pleased.

Todd came out, looked over the existing wiring situation and called back with an estimate. He scheduled within a week to do the work, arrived on time and worked very quickly. He followed the markings of where we wanted the outlet located and worked neatly.

I called Mr. Clark and told him that the primary job was to replace a chandelier in our hallway that was hanging from a 20ft high ceiling. He arrived exactly when promised, only to walk in, take one look and say "I can't do that - I don't have the right kind of ladder and it is a 2 man job." He then did the other little jobs that I had thought of as "sweeteners" to make the trip worthwhile to our country location. Only, he looked at one of the lights in the living room ceiling, told me that to replace the recessed fixture with a simple outlet box for a track light would leave a big hole in the sheet rock and replaced the light. After he left, I discovered that somehow the light he had removed and replaced no longer worked. He hadn't thought it necessary to check it (and neither did I, obviously)! He did do a very nice job on the floor outlet but at the end of the day I had spent nearly $400 and still had my chandelier sitting in its box in the garage. I finally got a recommendation from a neighbor for an electrician who completed that job. I thought Mr Clark was personable and did a good job on the tasks he completed so I would consider using him again if my other newfound electrician were not available, but I would try to get a reasonably firm estimate next time.

Overall the job went well and was reasonably priced. Todd came out for an estimate and determined the approach he would use. He called back to schedule as promised and the work was completed a few days later. Todd did a nice job in our master bath and left the area neat and clean. The only problem Todd had was that his stud sensor missed a stud and it required several drilling attempts in the attic floor to find a path for the wire. Fortunately this was in an inconspicuous area near our duct work and could be hidden by some insulation. Todd remained cheerful while making several 3-story round trips between the attic and his truck!

Todd Clark, the owner of the business, did the work himself. He arrived on time, quickly surveyed the job and quickly went to work. The work was done very quickly and he cleaned up all the clutter when it was finished.

Installation went well. The outlet in the closet looks completely unremarkable (exactly what you want it to be) and the wiring on the ventilation hood went from a terrifying fire hazard to looking very professional.

Todd Clark does all of our electrical work. We have used other companies in the past, but no one does as good of a job as he does. We would highly recommend him to anyone. He does a great job.

WE LIVE IN THE COUNTRY AND LIKE TO USE THE SMALL, ONE MAN COMPANIES. WE LIKE THAT THE BOSS IS DOING THE WORK. THIS WAY IS ANYTHING GOES WRONG HE KNOWS WHO DID IT. WE'VE USED HIM FOR THE PAST FIFTEEN YEARS BECAUSE HE DOES A GOOD JOB.
