Todd Clark was responsive, professional, and very reasonably priced. It was a big job to reach the LEDs and totally replace the mounting and bulbs. It was hot outdoors and the lights were very high on the house. He always finds the best solution to my problem and and executes seamlessly. I can count on him for excellent work, whether it's a big job or a small fix. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Clark is professional, friendly, polite, hard-working, thorough, and punctual. His work is excellent and his prices are reasonable.

Todd came out on a Saturday morning despite not having had a Saturday off in months. He offered me a much less expensive alternative to the work I had requested but I decided to go ahead with the upgraded circuit and wiring. He promptly went to work, did an outstanding, extremely professional job, cleaned up afterwards and made sure he never tracked mud into the home. I could not have asked for a nicer, more professional person to come into my home to perform this work. I have already recommended him to others and will be contacting him only in the future for any work I need. His cost was less than half what I had previously been quoted by another company. My entire interaction with Todd showed me he is a man of character and that is so refreshing in an age where so many companies just want to take advantage.

Todd is a genius - and a very nice man. His years of experience have allowed him to bring creative energy to electrical puzzles. He easily handled the fans and other items. The bed presented a bigger challenge. A Flex-A-Bed is like a hospital bed in that it can fold to a semi-seated position with support at the head and a bend at the knees. The control for the knee bend had been malfunctioning and we hoped a simple repair would save us having to send the entire motor to the manufacturer as had been required in the past. After Todd gained access to the inside of the control, it was clear that a piece had broken off. He immediately began brainstorming and came up with a solution to keep it functioning. Unfortunately, he said it would likely just be a temporary fix. Todd suggested we call the manufacturer to see if it would ship the necessary part to us. He then said he'd finish other repairs and bill us later for everything after hearing from the manufacturer. A call to the manufacturer unsurprisingly concluded with a decision that the control/motor would still need to be shipped to them. I cannot do without the bed so have continued to rely on Todd's fix. I'll call Todd to disconnect and send the control/motor to the manufacturer on my next vacation or when it breaks. Todd was a terrific find and we enthusiastically recommend him.

Todd is the THIRD electrician we've hired to fix this problem. The first time Todd came, he was extremely thorough - did a much more thorough job than the other electricians that came in. He traced all the wires back for multiple outlets and sources. Had everything taken apart. Finally found what he thought was the short and fixed it. It lasted about 2 weeks then started shorting again. I called Todd back, and he came back and did his diagnostic routine again, found another issue. The second time, it seems to have worked. We have not had any problems since. I'm giving Todd an "A" because he really did a thorough job testing all circuits and outlets on the breaker. I watched the guys from the other companies that came first - they were not as thorough. When he did not fix it the first time, he did NOT CHARGE for his return visit. The problem seems to be fixed for good this time. I also hive him an "A" because he guaranteed his work and came back no charge to get things done right. He was a little pricier than the other guys - one of whom I had tried because of some Angie's list coupon (should have just stuck with the best reviews, not the coupon), but seems that I got what I paid for. This was clearly a challenging problem to fix and needed someone to really put some time in. Todd seems pretty busy so took him 2-3 days after calling to get out to the house, thus the "B" on responsiveness. Overall though, very satisfied and I will call him again if we have another issue.

Todd was very responsive (to my voicemail and getting a next day appointment). He explained the problem and showed me the defective components. Once he finished the repair and we tested the dryer, he even helped me put the washer and dryer back into a very tight space. Highly recommended.

It went great. Todd is very efficient with his time, very honest and thorough. He explained things as he worked. He was highly recommended by our real estate agent who sold us our house as well as has received excellent reviews on Angie's List so we felt comfortable calling him and will again when we need electrical work done.

Mr. Clark was great. He was very professional and courteous. I only expected him to install the supports for the ceiling fan, but he went above and beyond and installed the ceiling fan for me. I'm glad I did because the fan didn't come with all the appropriate hardware and he had to put in a few pieces of his own to make it work. I would definitely call him again.

Mr. Clark scheduled us for the end of the day, extending his own work day. Although he was prompt, he still called ahead of time to confirm his arrival. Once there, he quickly assessed what needed to be done and organized his tools and equipment. The work inside the house was done quickly, but then needed to be completed from the crawl space. Again, this was a quick, efficient job that created no disruption to the power in the rest of the house. Upon completion, the clean up was impressively thorough...including picking up small bits of wire insulation in the crawl space! Certainly much neater than the work done by the original contractor! Start to finish, we were very impressed by Mr. Clark's professional attitude, friendly demeanor and efficient work. I also believe that his pricing was very reasonable. If we are in need of electrical work in the future, he will be our first choice...we would use him again without hesitation! If I was as conscientious in writing reviews as Mr. Clark is in his work, this would have been posted months ago!

The WiFi signal from my home network was not consistently available even with a plug-in booster. It was decided to run a CAT 6 cable from one end of the house to the other so as to improve the quality of my WiFi network. Todd Clark installed a faceplate at each end of the line, ran the line through the walls and attic and made all the appropriate connections. He showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and he cleaned up afterwards. The new line is functioning as desired. On the downside, he is sometimes a bit slow to respond to emails and his email address is difficult to find.

Todd Clark is knowledgeable and a a good communicator, and explains well the issues ,tells me the options available . The job is not completed, I feel comfortable at this point that it will be professionally done.

Todd was awesome! He came out the same day I called- adding me to the end of the day even though it meant a long day for him. He got right to work and repaired the receptacle very quickly. Then he helped me out with a couple of other electrical questions and problems I was having. He was really great to explain everything to me as he did the work. Todd was extremely professional, friendly, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely be using him again.

Determined what the defect was and where (i.e. break in the 3 cables feeding electrical workshop needs). Defined what the action plan would be, followed the plan, isolated break, help dig trenches where cable was located. Found the break in cable and repaired. This man obviously knows what he is doing, how to do it in the most cost effective manner - without jeopardizing quality of workmanship. I had been looking for this problem for over 2 months and he found the problem in 1 day. Based on a comparison to other contractors I've had this man is honest and calls you back when he says he will. I will definitely use his services again and will recommend his services to friends and neighbors.

Very well. I had to change the appointment time more than once to coordinate with other work I was having done on the house. Todd arrived promptly at the time we finally agreed on, was pleasant and courteous, got to work and got it done. I am glad to have all these things done - quickly and correctly!

Everything went well, Todd did a great job, he arrived on time and on the date. He finished everything quickly and did not leave a mess. The only thing I forgot to do was to get a complete estimate for the total of the work that was completed. I had an idea of what it might cost, but I did not ask and receive a written estimate from Todd. That was my fault. The light on the driveway was a Christmas present to son so that he can play basketball after dark. So that was a great job.

The response was prompt after we left the message. The guy arrived on time and called to inform us of his arrival about 15 minutes in advance. He did the necessary fix in about 40 minutes. All of this was done very professionally and for a decent fee of $129. I would definitely recommed their service and call upon them for help in future.

We called Mr Clark in a panic! We had just moved out daughter down to Chapel Hill to start grad school, and one of the circuits in the condo wasn't working, despite our best efforts to identify the problem. The problem was we had to leave for the airport very soon that afternoon. Mr Clark came as soon as he could and set to work methodically troubleshooting. He soon found the issue, a socket on the outside of the condo buried in the bushes had a GFI, and because it wasn't the terminal receptacle it had shorted all the other receptacles wired to it. He fixed the problem very quickly as well as a couple of other issues he found while he was troubleshooting. A great piece of work. He came promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done for an extremely reasonable price. I hope we don't have any other electrical issues, but if we do we know who to call. Excellent job!!!
