Description of Work: They did a good job, pointed out some issues with some of the windows, and were very professional.

Description of Work: surprised that the young man cleaned the window with a spray nozzle and some specialized non ionized water, but it surely worked great. No ladders necessary, even for our three story house. He was very polite and went over all the windows with me when done.

Description of Work: All of my windows were washed inside and out, including very high ones which required a "serious" ladder. The difference in the final "product" was amazing. I was informed that the sills on the four exceptionally high windows had not been cleaned by a previous service provider. Who would know when you couldn't see this? Dave cleaned these. He also asked if I really wanted the screens in those four windows as they would never be opened. I agreed to have them removed for future ease of outside cleaning. Dave Levitt also cleaned the top of the "accordion" blinds that covered the bottom half of those windows. Who would know they were filthy? Dave noticed and cleaned them! Without hesitation, I would recommend and use The Glass Cleaners again.

Description of Work: They showed up unannounced without an appointment. I was out of town and my husband dealt with them. Because I was not here to show the specific windows we wanted cleaned, those did not get cleaned. Windows in rooms we never used got cleaned. Had they had an appointment, this would have not happened. The windows they cleaned look good.

Description of Work: I bought their "big deal" service - $99 for 40 exterior window cleanings. Then I asked him to do a few extra, which is why it came to $120. He explained how they "count" windows so I understood what I was paying for and could decide how to use what I had paid for. Then he was very helpful in giving me a lot of tips on how to clean the interior windows myself, telling me what kinds of squeegee to buy and what kind of spray to use to get really clean, clear windows. We were very satisfied with the results.

He cleaned the windows on a condominium complex 8 diferent customers all together and every one of my customers were 100% satisfied with his work. He was on time and did a great job for me. I will be using him again and referring him to all my customers.

Description of Work: Dave, the owner operator, cleaned all my windows in my house in Bedford and did an exceptional job. I would recommend hands down above anyone else because he truly is passionate about his business and very experienced. My windows look better than we first purchased the home. Keep up the great work.
