 + -1 moreLiliana has been amazing. I don't have to ask her twice to do anything when i need something in particular done. She always comes in with a great attitude. Her professionalism is uncanny and I have been very happy with the last three years of her service. My house is always left spotless and smelling clean and fresh. I would recommend her to anyone.

 + -1 moreI trust the staff from Chapel Hill Concept because they are honest. I have never had anything go missing when they have been there. in fact, some times they have found and return money that has fallen in between sofa pillows or behind dressers. They speak very good English and follow instructions very well. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I could not be more impressed by the level of professionalism by Chapel Hill Concept Cleaning. I love it when they come to my house to clean and leave everything spotless!! They clean my floors, bathrooms, showers (took care of moldy title), kitchen floors, counters, oven, etc... I am very meticulous so the first time they came to clean my house, I checked every room to makes sure that everything they had dusted and cleaned in every spot and I was really impressed of how they did not cut corners. All rooms were nice polished or vacuumed, every window from the inside was shiny and bright. You can tell they had spent quality time cleaning. When I walked in my sons' rooms, it felt that I was walking into luxury hotel rooms. The beds were nicely made and everything was organized. This happens every time they come to clean!

 + -1 moreLilianna and her team are terrific! They have been cleaning my house for about 8 years. They do a great job and they do it with a smile. They are always punctual and they are willing to do extra jobs such as sweeping off a porch. I would highly recommend this business!
