Lilliana and her team were fantastic! Really thorough, very flexible timing wise, and a total pleasure to work with. We also had a big clean done right before listing our home and I couldn’t believe how quickly and we’ll get team got the job done! She is such a pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I’ve only had one visit so far, but was highly pleased and feel wonderful about the service and owner. They are much nicer and easier to work with than the national company Maidpro I’d previously used for many years, and the cleaning of my house was superior. Their approach, attitude and business practices were highly professional including credentials like insurance and bonding. At this time their billing is not set up to accept credit cards, but I hope they may consider it. I did a lot of research and reference checking in choosing them over numerous others and I am extremely pleased with my choice.

Excellent! I'd recommend her to anyone. I've used her many times and will continue to use her. She comes with a helper and they work at a feverish rate and complete the work quickly. On top of the service, she is a really nice person.

I ran out of time to clean up my rental property myself before my tenants were scheduled to move in so I called Chapel Hill Concept Cleaning and set up an appointment. They spent several hours getting the house nice and clean for a very reasonable price. I was happy with the work and it saved me the stress of trying to squeeze it in myself. Definitely recommend.

I am very impressed with Chapel Hill Concept Cleaning's ability to professionally clean all aspects of our home -- even the "challenges." For example, we have a white shower pan that had become gray over the years, and nothing we did could brighten it. I pointed it out to Chapel Hill Concept Cleaning, and it was sparkling, clean and white after their first visit! I am now retired so I do my own cleaning, but if I was still working, I would hire Chapel Hill Concept Cleaning to do it!

They do an excellent job in all aspects. When I have asked if they could do a small additional job, they have been able to accommodate the request. I have been very please with Lily's availability, flexibility, correspondence and quality of work. I would highly recommend her and her helpers.

Lily is amazing. I have two hairy dogs and two messy kids, yet she manages to make my home sparkle, and has done so for the past nine year. Plus she is a lovely person.

LIliana has been working for me for about 7 years. She is thorough and professional. She has products that she prefers to use, but will use products I suggest as well. She is gentle with my home and rarely has there been anything broken. She has an assistant with her and they clean the two floors in about two hours. The kitchen stove, sink, and counters shine, all the carpets and wood floors dusted and vacuumed, and glass tops and inner glass doors cleaned. The bathrooms are always sparkling and she uses disinfecting products in the toilets. If she has a concern, she will point out issues that may be a problem. For example, she showed me a problem with my kitchen light (loose glass shade) which she cleans from grease from the stove. In the past, she pointed out an issue with my vacuum cleaner cord. Liliana is also flexible when we have a scheduling problem around vacations. Because of her reliability and effectiveness, this is the longest I have had the same cleaning service.
