Bud Matthew's Service was very prompt and responsive with my water heater request, removing an old 50-gallon electric tank-style water heater and replacing it with a newer 40-gallon version in a limited-access crawl space. They were very professional and were honest in their assessment of the situation and quote. While the price was a bit steep for the job, they were up front about it in advance and I think it was fair given the difficult working environment and efficiency with which they completed the job.

Dishwasher was not completing cycle. Service person checked and said control panel needed to be replaced. On second visit, he did that. Afterwards, dishwasher completed cycle but was not removing all suds. After a few days wait, service person returned and decided that water in drain pan was preventing drain pump from working properly. So he emptied the pan, and afterwards, the dishwasher worked fine. At least there was no trip charge for the return visit, and the charge for extra time to fix the drain pan was understandable. The service person's logical analysis seemed sound, but we couldn't help but wonder whether a dedicated Bosch repair person would have gotten the fix right on first try. The initial problem occurred fairly early in January, and we had to wait about a week for first scheduled appointment, and then nearly a week for the return visit.

They were very professional. They told me why the floor was sagging when other contractors could not. They raised my floor an inch and it looks excellent considering how it looked beforehand (this is an area of the house in the hallway). They stabilized the floor in two areas. I have an old house so it was labor intensive work in a crawlspace. I would highly recommend this company.

The repair call was cancelled. After waiting a week for the appointment their agent called and stated they do not work on our brand. The brand and type was clearly stated when the appointment was made. We now have to wait a week to make another appointment.

Excellent the crew showed up on time. Promptly went to work and had microwave fixed and reinstalled.

The shaft was bent and the cost of repairs was not warranted given the age of the washer. The service was punctual, the repairman went into detail of the issues and recommended purchase of new clothes washer. (Bud Mathews does not sell appliances). This company is our go to company for all appliance repair.

Bud Matthews Service sent us polite, punctual and very professional service people. This was not a cookie cutter repair job, but BMS made it seem like they do this a couple of times a month. The service technician was very polite and professional. He tried to diagnose the cause of the problem. He found that the issue may be with a faulty circuit board and a damper that was freezing shut blocking circulation of cold air into the refrigerator. Due to the age of the refrigerator ( roughly 7 to 8 yrs old), it was not possible to get replacement parts.

The tech was here in just an hour or two after my call (in July!). He quickly found the problem, replaced the capacitor, and charged the upstairs and downstairs refrigerant. Entire visit went very well.

Well. Tech discoverer faulty range plug receptacle in process. All was fixed and fire hazzard also fixed.

These folks are the first I'd call next time we need appliance repair or HVAC... it's rare to find a company that cares enough about customers to help them get what they need (even if it's not w them). The repair was completed satisfactorily and on time. Both technicians were very professional and helpful.

I managed to get a same day appointment. The technician arrived right on time he diagnosed, fixed the problem, and rigged it to not happen i the future. He diagnosed the root cause (seals) and got me quote for work right away, with the understanding that they might not be worth replacing on such an old fridge. The folks in the office were responsive, pleasant, and helpful too.

my driveway is difficult for large trucks to negotiate. The driver's skill was impressive.

Horrible! Had them come out to look at 2 refrigerators. The technician was there all of 20 minutes. He basically said neither one was worth fixing. He appeared not to have a clue what he was doing. One of the refrigerators was a 15 month old $2500 refrigerator. Then they sent me a bill for $126.50. I emailed to question the bill. First Bud told me they undercharged me, then they sent me an email saying we can't help it that your appliances are beyond repair. They were inexperienced, unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
