They came back next week and installed a new disposal and said they made the dishwasher operational, we tried it at Thanksgiving and it wasn't working. |Looked at dryer to replace seal and actually just fit the existing one back in place. Works fine now, no leaking. Can't decide if too much time has passed to ask them to come back and see why the dishwasher isn't working, again.

Description of Work: Adjusted two doors to close and lock properly after settlement over the years caused the doors to be out of alignment. It went well. The carpenter examined the doors, explained the problem, then he outlined the solution. When the job was complete, he cleaned the area and left no mess for me! Will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Description of Work: Had an issue with the range on my stove. They came out to evaluate, communicated with my home warranty company, and did a conservative fix. That fix failed and they came back and did a more extensive repair. Very pleasant to interact and communicate with.

Description of Work: Our icemaker was leaking. The receptionist at Bud Matthews said we ought to think about buying a new refrigerator if it was over 5-10 years old, because they were so expensive to fix. We decided to have someone come take a look anyway, and he was able to fix a valve on the line feeding the icemaker. It has been working fine since then. The Sears refrigerator is 21 years old, but has given us no other trouble.

Description of Work: I have used this service 2 times now, the third will be tomorrow. The first time the service person came early when I was at work, but when he didn't get an answer from my call box, he simply left without attempting to call me at work. Then when I showed up at the designated time, he didn't show up at all. I had to call to find out what happened. They came the next day to examine my washer and were honest that it was too expensive to try to repair. I rated the service as a B because they are able to have someone available the day you call if needed, and they can do a variety of things. The visit fee is stiff, though ($76), and they'll charge you even if it is for something as simple as turning on a water valve that was mostly closed (my second service request).

Description of Work: Drive coupler on the washing machine broke. They evaluated the problem, made a recommendation about whether it was worth fixing or not (it was) and then fixed the problem promptly when the right part was available. Performed well, as always.
