Description of Work: I called Bud Matthews Service & Building Co to unclog a 4" corrugated drain pipe from my crawl space sump. The pipe extended about 25' into my yard. My HVAC units drain into this pipe so water was backing up into my crawl space. They sent an HVAC expert instead of a plumber. The HVAC expert did not have the tools to unclog the drain. Called back and they said they could not send anyone today but could send a plumber the next day. Since I had already taken time off from work and would now have to take additional time off the next day, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Description of Work: I hired them to pressure wash my home, after returning home i noticed that they had not completely wash the outside of my home, i called to let him the issues i had with his work. He was clearly not happy about having resolving the issue, but begrudgingly came to finish.

Description of Work: I had my regular A/C contractor do the semi-annual inspection of my furnace. He reported small cracks and said that he would have to shut it off for fear of carbon monoxide. Even though he did not check for it. Middle of winter, and no heat...the only option would be to buy a new furnace straightaway. I called Bud Matthews for a second opinion. They had someone out within hours, who inspected the furnace and check for carbon monoxide in EVERY single vent. He said the furnace is old but functioning just fine. He turned it back on, and it has run like a top. I suspicion the first call to be a sales gimmick. I am switching my contract to Bud Matthews.

They were on time, they provided clear estimates, they were professional, and they clearly explained every step of the process to me so that I understood the repairs they were performing. I was happy with the outcome and would recommend them for appliance repair.
