The owner did the work himself and did all the little things that would set his business ahead of the larger companies. I would definitely call BNA for any additional work that I would need to be done.

Very professional; arrived on time; worked efficiently and quickly; was very good at what he did; highly recommend The hourly rate is quite high, though I suppose he is worth it. Competence, excellence and professionalism were high.

A GFCI receptical kept tripping and we couldn't tell what was going on. Leslie quickly identified the receptical outside that was causing the problem. It was a loose wire--a simple fix. I had purchased a coupon on Angie's list not knowing what to expect, but I was very pleased with the professional introduction, complete with business cards, note of introduction, letter opener with company name and number. I will definitely use them again and will be passing along cards to friends and family.

Initial service was excellent, good customer service, good timing and good work, we were impressed by their work the first time so we called a second time for installation of a pool heater. We had a difficult time getting ahold of someone and they would not return calls. When we finally talked to someone we were told they would get back to us with an estimate and have not gotten a response yet. We went back to the original electrical company we used.

They were good. He put in a ceiling fan and doorbell for me. He did everything within the one hour.

He was very good to work with. He did not have to turn off the electricity to install the outlet. He was very quick on the job, it only took about an hour to complete. He did a really good job and it looks nice. He cleaned up well after himself. I called to make an appointment and I got the answering machine and it took a while for him to call me back but I did not need his services right away.

I bought the 69.00 coupon and set up an appointment. Basically the coupon pays for the service call to see what needs to be done. They came out to see what was needed and sent a quote later giving me the price minus what the coupon is worth. I agreed to the price and an appointment was set up to do the work. The work was done with no problems.

I used BNA to do some general repairs and to install a light fixture. He was prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. I would use him again in the future. The quality of his work was fine.

We bought the Angie's List coupon to have the electrician come for the purpose of installing new fixtures by the front door and on the front corner of the house that lights the driveway. We had already purchased fixtures for this purpose. There were prior fixtures in both locations, so the wiring existed. We were shocked to receive such a high bill, especially since we had paid $69 for the service call using our Angie's List coupon, which was good for one hour of service. It didn't take the electrician very long to finish this job

I had some issues with an outlet in my cave behind my TV and with some power surges. The gentleman that came out first tested my outlet and was able to pinpoint the root of my issue (i've had none since). The surges I had he advised were likely to due to the load, but that they were likely due to how the room was set up. He graciously provided me with a few options that I could pursue if I really wanted to, but advised that they weren't really worth the cost if the issue wasn't a big nuisance to me.

The service worked out fine. They helped us with our pool light. The gentleman ran the electrical part and my husband changed the part in the pool so the technician did not have to get wet.

The service went very well. They repaired a loose wire by putting an outlet on it. The project went smoothly and they did a great job. Scheduling was no problem.

He showed up when he said he would, but then proceeded to tell us that we had to purchase the doorbell (we had already informed him we needed one and would he please supply it) and he didn't even examine the smoke detector ,but told us we could buy one from Home depot and stick it up ourselves. Very disappointed with a waste of money; not interested in working with person who is so unresponsive.

Leslie was great. He showed us how our DIY project went wrong and what was needed to fix it. He also installed switches for our exterior lights. For the first time in 3 years I could actually see when taking out the trash after 6 pm.

We had a couple of missed connections while trying to schedule him coming out to the house. Emailing through Angie's List was most effective, but we eventually connected and got the time scheduled. He arrived on-time and was able to remove the old light fixture in the kitchen with no trouble it seemed. He then installed the new fan with light fixture. It looks very nice and works well. The ceiling needs some patch work in places where the old fixture was, but I am not sure if the holes are where the fixture was attached or if it was covering those holes. Either way, those are minor fixes that can be easily patched. He then gave us a quote for installing a new fan in the bathroom and possibly a motion light outside. He told us that we needed to get a cover on the external vent for the fan before having the new one installed because it would possibly cause damage to the new one if we didn't. He was a very nice man and his wife, the office manager, was diligent about returning my emails and getting us scheduled. I have no trouble recommending him and would use him again.

We had a problem with the dishwasher. He called very promptly, he told me to try something with my circuit breaker, I did and it worked. He didn't want to charge me for the help he provided over the phone so we are getting a refund through Angie's List. He was wonderful!

It turned out great. I really liked him. The man's name is Leslie. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He came out and got it done fast. He didn't charge me anything extra beyond the big deal amount. I used him at my home when I bought the coupon and I liked the way he worked and the way he did everything. So I had him go to the business and install a hand dryer. When I had him come to the business, it was $130 and he was in and out in an hour. He even installed a switch in the ceiling where if we have to have work on the hand dryer, then the people can turn the switch off which will save a lot of time. He thought about what he was going to do and he did a good job. He was really good at what he did and I'm definitely going to be using him again. He was very professional.

Someone was supposed to come over and give me an estimate. He showed up but couldn't give me an estimate and said he will call me back that evening. He never called back so I tried to contact him and was told he had the flu. A few days later I received the estimates but I went ahead and found someone that was able to come and give me an estimate.

Called ahead, showed up on time, found and fixed problem quickly. Pleasant, professional.
