We had an informative conversation during the estimating process, about options and what I was trying to accomplish. I was having a new circuit installed for power to the crawlspace so I could plug in a dehumidifier down there. BNA made the process easy, understandable, and affordable. Their work was swift, neat, and looks great. Everything exactly as I wanted it.

They did a great job and I'm very pleased with the work. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again for the great work!

BNA Enterprises was easy to contact and gain their services to assess the damage to my home’s electrical grid. After the inspection to locate and insure the safety of my homes electrical system, repairs were made immediately, so that internet, home alarm system, and all impacted and damaged GFI outlets were working properly again. Excellent job.

It didn't work out for me. They didn't know what to do with the problem so I had to call somebody else. They didn't complete the work. They came, they looked, they didn't fix it and they left. I wouldn't use them again. Just make sure your job isn't too difficult for them to figure out. The price was fine. Their responsiveness was fine.

My husband and I have had an electrical problem in one room that has been troubling us for years. It finally got so bad, we looked up an electrician on Angie's List and, based on ratings, price, and specials, we chose Leslie Buesing of B.N.A. Enterprises. We were contacted right away and set up an appointment. Leslie was great! He immediately diagnosed the problem and explained it in terms we could understand. He laid out all our options and didn't pressure us to choose one course over another. And before the visit was over, he even fixed our broken doorbell! Leslie is very professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. We will definitely call on him and B.N.A. Enterprises for any electrical needs!

I purchased the whole house smoke detector battery replacement from here. The purchase was made on Tuesday, October 27th. Three days after my purchase I received an email from Angie's List asking if they had contacted me to set-up and appointment and I responded no. Angie's List said they reached out to them immediately and told them to contact me. On Tuesday November 2nd, I had not heard from them to set-up an appointment so I called and had to leave a message. They called me back at 9pm on Wednesday and left a message. I was in bed at 9pm! I called them back on Friday, left a message and answered their questions. Then I received an email telling me to call the owner to set-up and appointment as the normal scheduler was away for the weekend. I didn't call over the weekend, as I know weekend are valuable. I called on Monday (two weeks after my purchase) an had to leave a message again. This time I stated I wanted to either get what I purchased scheduled or give me a refund. He didn't even know I had already answered all of his questions, so I guess they don't check their answering machine on a regular basis. t was told the scheduler would call and get me on the schedule. One week later, I am asking for a refund. So, basically, I have spent 3 weeks trying to schedule an appointment that these folks don't want. It was the second worse customer service experience I have ever had.

The process was flawless, owner showed up on time and installed all 3 ceilings fans within an hour. They look and work great, I will be using his services to install all of my lighting fixtures.

WAS NOT A BIG JOB BUT TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT INSTALLING A NEW CEILING FAN. PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN.

Simply said, we could not have been more impressed with BNA Enterprises and Leslie Buesing. Upon arrival, Leslie checked the panel box and breaker. They looked fine. He then removed the double oven, found the junction box (where the problem was), and also noticed an issue with the electrical whip, which connects the oven to the junction box (wiring). I'd guess it took 20-30 minutes max to identify the issue. He was tied up the next two days......but came back on SATURDAY afternoon, after completing some previously committed jobs, and replaced the whip and made the appropriate reconnections. The oven works great! We got a great deal with the Big Deal..........but, just as importantly, I felt that cost for finding the part, making a second trip to our home, and then completing the repair, was extremely fair. The $219 noted above includes the Big Deal purchase PLUS a second visit, the additional part and repair. Everything about the experience with Leslie Buesing and BNA was top notch! Thanks!
