Les and Susan were great. They arranged for Les to come at convenient times for me. The first time he came it turned out I just needed a new light switch and not a new fixture. They honored the Angie's List coupon. Then I had Les come back to install the lights in 2 bathrooms. Susan arranged to help me out since I forgot to schedule them to come before the painter finished. Les showed up both times on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. After he found that I needed boxes to hold the lights up, they worked it out that he was able to come back at the end of the day and install them. He even waited for the plumber to finish the 2nd bathroom so he could install the lights there. Les also pointed out the "tool" that came with the lights to easily remove the globes.

Leslie and his wife Suzanne were a pleasure to work with. Scheduling and estimating went well and the installation just occurred today so I am writing this lest I forget! His recommended placement of the lighting was very effective and the results are outstanding. He recommended the dimmer switches and they are a very worthwhile upgrade. The Gimbal light is aimed at the fireplace which has never looked better. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend their service.

It went well. I am difficult to contact because I travel so much for work.The company emailed me promptly and called. I had purchased 4 light fixtures (2 for each bathroom) and the old fixtures needed to be removed and new wiring/electric boxes installed to allow the new style to be installed. I had a coupon that was applied to the final cost.Communication was great and the light fixtures look fabulous. I also got some ideas for other improvements I am doing in those rooms.I will call again for more electric work.

The work was excellent. He assured me that the way the fans were installed it was unsafe, there was also an electrical issue. Lesley went in and replaced the light fixtures to where they were before. The provider was very personable, very nice, and I liked the fact that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. There was no mess left behind and it was done rather quickly. It took Lesley a half an hour to do the work compared to the handyman previously taking 6 hours.

rLeslie had to come back a few times because it the problem kept coming back but he finally solved the problem. He was very professional and we would use him again.

Provider was on time and did a professional job.

We were not asked to provide details about the terms of the "special rate". Turns out it does not fully cover hanging a light in a 2-story foyer. But BNA Enterprises was willing to do the work

I was so happy that they only charged me $70. I then had them replace a light with a ceiling fan just two days later. When I called, his wife sounded very friendly. He came on time and was very courteous. He was also very professional. He did the work quickly! He just did a wonderful job!

He didn't tell me there would only be one switch for the light and the fan. I found out after the third light. He should have discussed that in advance. Every thing else went well.

The person who installed the light fixture was great - on time, very professional, and did excellent work. I will definitely call BNA again whenever I need electrical work at my home.

Received a complaint from my tenants currently living in my rental house. I called up BNA enterprises hoping to get service very quickly. I notified the co-owner of my situation and asked them if they could perform the services needed in a strict time frame prior to buying their listed deal. Right from the start of me buying their services, I was extremely pleased with the customer service. They were efficient in returning my calls, understandable with my time frame details, and performed without an issue. It ended up being a simple solution to the problem, and I appreciated their honesty in not trying to up-charge for services not needed (since it is a rental service call and me not being around to oversee the job). Highly recommend them if you need honest, prompt attention to any electrical need.

Leslie is the best. He is very professional and courteous. This is the second time that we have used BNA Enterprises for our electrical work. Each time is the same - high quality at a very reasonable price. Leslie offers suggestions but always makes sure that you are happy with what is being done. He does the extra things that make a difference such as informing you the remote that you bought will not do exactly what you want it to do or making sure a switch has an indicator light to show that it is on. BNA Enterprises is the only company that we will call when we need electrical work at our home.

Leslie is wonderful! Service is timely, of good quality and he is the ultimate professional. When I call they remembered who I am even though it has been about a year since my last service date. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

I had used BNA before and they did a great job, so I utilized them again. The electrician called ahead on the scheduled date and even arrived early. He was very professional. I had an attic fan that wouldn't work. After a few minutes, he told me it was the motor that was bad. He gave good sound advice on replacing the motor. After discussing this, his recommendation was not to fix the fan, as it only was effective in a very small space of the attic that wasn't getting very hot. I appreciated that he didn't try to goad me into buying something I really didn't need. I would definitely use them again.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs. They arrived on time to the appointment. It went great! We are now using them as our go-to electrical guys.

Arrived on time, went to work and evaluated the problem - discussed the solution and replaced a frozen attic ventilation fan unit. No problems or fuss.

The work was scheduled the day I called. Leslie was able to give me an estimate remotely by my sending him pictures of where the installation was needed. He was very helpful guiding me through the product selection. The work was completed as scheduled and actually under the original quote, and I'm extremely pleased with the result. Job well done. In addition to the installation, Leslie made recommendations along the way and showed a lot of creativity. He's great to work with (despite being a Cowboy Fan - joking). I will be contacting BNA for any and all future work and can recommend the same to anyone else in need of an Electrician!!!

They did a wonderful job. The installer was prompt, polite and finished the job quickly. He was even willing to look at another problem intermittent electrical problem. While he was not able to resolve that (we could not replicate it with him there) he was able to tell me that it was not a hazard and some possible causes.

It went really well! I had him install some lights in the garage and he also gave me some great advice on lighting. I was definitely impressed by his professionalism! This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.
