Description of Work: I did not use this company because they were very uncooperative with scheduling the appointment. |I later wrote to Angie's List, requesting a refund, was promised it would happen, and have still not received said refund.

Description of Work: Used a big deal for ceiling fan installation. Communication was great during scheduling and installation in February 2014. Service provider arrived on time and called before arriving. Later, I needed him to come back to investigate an electrical burn odor being produced by the new fan. It was difficult to reach him for this follow up visit in April 2014, which I assume was due to him being busy and/or understaffed. His office manager did not answer calls for several days during regular business hours, nor return voice mail when the voice mail greeting indicated they would (same day if before 2pm or something like that). That is why I gave him a lower rating for responsiveness. I did eventually get a hold of him and was able to get him to come check out the fan, which he stated was defective and agreed to provide documentation for the manufacturer if needed.

Description of Work: Leslie installed a higher amp plug behind my stove in anticipation of my purchase of an electric range, and he installed a dedicated outlet in my crawl space to serve a dehumidifier. Leslie made a few trips to do the work as it was performed during heavily cold weather and he had other emergencies to handle. My work was not pressing, so this was acceptable. He returned promptly and corrected an issue with the outlet behind my stove. He was always polite and responsive.

Description of Work: We bought the one hour electrical service. We had a Hollywood light fixtures in the bath that had no boxes. We wanted to install new fixtures. Leslie came and identified the problem, found a solution and then had to come back to solve the problem. Leslie was fast, neat, and very pleasant. I really appreciated not paying extra for a problem that was not his fault. Very professional and informative. A true gentleman!

Description of Work: He installed bathroom lights. BNA was offering a promotion which I took advantage of. I do not recall the date nor the amount. I will say, the next time I need an electrician, I will call BNA.
