Simply said, we could not have been more impressed with BNA Enterprises and Leslie Buesing. Upon arrival, Leslie checked the panel box and breaker. They looked fine. He then removed the double oven, found the junction box (where the problem was), and also noticed an issue with the electrical whip, which connects the oven to the junction box (wiring). I'd guess it took 20-30 minutes max to identify the issue. He was tied up the next two days......but came back on SATURDAY afternoon, after completing some previously committed jobs, and replaced the whip and made the appropriate reconnections. The oven works great! We got a great deal with the Big Deal..........but, just as importantly, I felt that cost for finding the part, making a second trip to our home, and then completing the repair, was extremely fair. The $219 noted above includes the Big Deal purchase PLUS a second visit, the additional part and repair. Everything about the experience with Leslie Buesing and BNA was top notch! Thanks!

Couldn't get the work serviced

Leslie called about 15 min prior to arriving (exactly as scheduled) and after his introduction and greeting began the installation of the ceiling fan. He installed and cleaned up in about 20 min. Leslie (being of large muscular stature) strikes me as a gentle giant who was friendly, courteous and professional. At about 30 mins. a fan, everyone on Angie's List should be keeping Leslie (BNA Enterprises) busy. He and his wife get my most sincere thanks for a job WELL done, referrals to anyone I come into contact with, and a promise that they will be the first company I contact when my next electrical work comes up.

None of the electrical outlets worked in the bedroom. They were all repaired to working order. They also explained about what a surge protector for my house would do in ways that I could understand. I elected to get the surge protector when I understood how much it would cost me if I had a surge whitch put my tv, computer, and other electronics at risk. I was happy they explained this to me and purchased that for $304. They were professional and very patiently explained things to me.

In early to mid March, I purchased a coupon for BNA Enterprises. I will say that I have used them on two prior occasions with very good results. It was pretty easy getting the first appointment. The next part was my fault, as I forgot our appointment. They were very good about this and we rescheduled in early April. When they came they said that ants had caused the problem. He told me to spray the area and wait a couple of days, then call back and they would replace the receptacle. I have been trying since April 8th to get them to come back. I have repeatedly both called and emailed them. They did finally get back to me and said that they would be here on May the 5th and had been overwhelmed both professionally and personally. Since they knew what to do, I didn't need to be here. They never showed up. I have called and also emailed them, but no response. I completely understand that they've been overwhelmed. That can happen to anyone. What I don't understand is why they couldn't have at least emailed me to tell me they can't do the work. So basically I spent 70.00 dollars for them to take apart the outlet. I was to put another 20.00 in a baggie to cover the cost of the new outlet, which is fine, since they had already come out once, albeit for 10 minutes. Luckily this was a relatively small job that wasn't a major cost and/or inconvenience.

The deal was fine. They took care of everything that was supposed to be. The big deal price was $69. They did a lot of extra things, but these are the things we agreed on. The bill was significantly more, but there were additional things that I needed done. I liked everything he did for his job. I was not aware that he wouldn’t clean up afterwards. He didn’t say he would. We had a lot of mess to clean up afterwards. He did what he said he would; he never said that he was going to clean up. For what he was qualified to do, he did a good job. With regard to price, I have nothing to compare against because we did not do price shopping on this. The quality was good. While running wires, he had to cut holes in walls. He didn’t take care of that. We ended up getting somebody else in to do that.

Had issues up in the bonus room where it would suddenly trip a fuse. He figured out what the problem was, and fixed it. Haven’t had any problems since. They put a plug in an outlet and fixed an outdoor outlet.

I purchased their deal two weeks ago and never heard anything from them. I have left several messages and they do not call me back. I have requested a refund for their deal and will use someone else.

It was fine. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because we had additional work that needed to be done. $69 was for troubleshooting. I had him put in a new electrical circuit and do some other work. The total cost was about $200. He was very honest and forthright.

Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and took care of it immediately. Provided a replacement part as a part of the service. Addressed another electrical issue while there all as a part of the service call. Could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend them if you need an electrician!

Very professional and thorough

Very courteous, professional and nice people. Family run, think it's a husband and wife team, I hired them and they went out of their way to give me good service. Genuinely nice people. Will use them again.

There was just one guy who came. He was fine, professional, and quick. He left the area clean. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I bought a big deal for this service. From what I can remember they were really good. They came out to provide the service pretty quickly after I purchased the deal. They showed up reliably. I have worked with them before and I think that they suggested a very good, less expensive option. I was afraid it would be expensive, but the option they provided ended up being a lot cheaper than I was afraid of. I think they seem pretty honorable, reliable and they are not out to cheat me. I think their price was pretty reasonable.

It was fine. They did the work that was required. They came on time and they did good work. The price was reasonable. I have used them more than once.

First, he had to determine what the problem was that caused my porch light and some of my downstairs outlet to go in and out. Once he determined that, he made the repairs quickly and efficiently.

I was having problems with ceiling mounted light fixtures. They identified what was wrong and fixed it. They listened well and explained what was going on and my wife was comfortable in their response. They showed up when they said they would be here. But

There was a huge issue with scheduling and when they could and couldn’t come. They came at a time that we asked to reschedule and then it was a whole deal where they wanted to charge us for the visit. They never did any work, it was all scheduling issues. This might have been an isolate incident but I don’t really know.
