Scheduling the appointment was easy via email. I sent them an email with the list of things that needed fixed. Leslie showed up right on time and went right to work. Some things he was able to fix on the spot, but two issues were more complicated and will require a follow-up visit. Leslie was very helpful and had several suggestions on how to proceed with the repairs. Overall, I was very satisfied with the value we received and will definitely be hiring BNA Enterprises if we need electrical service in the future.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out well. They did a good job. They came out when they said they would, and they worked well with the renters. They came out a couple of days after we purchased the deal. They diagnosed the problem, and closed the circuit. The guy was competent, and he did a good job. I suggest if you need trouble shooting, these guys would be good to call. It wasn't a complicated thing, but he did a good job.

It turned out very well. He did the job as he was supposed to do and we were very happy. The price was not very much and it was very good. The service did not take him very long at all. He was very good, very prompt in scheduling, came when he said he was gonna come and he was done in a very brief time.

The provider never showed up - never called. The first time it happened I figured, "hey -- mistakes happen. Maybe it was a miscommunication on my part." The second time it happened (keep in mind I'm taking off work early to meet the repairman at my home), I was angry. I'm not sure these people should be part of Angie's list. I also think I should get my money back if I can't get the service I paid for.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon with BNA Enterprises. They were very prompt in getting in touch with me. Unfortunately, they do not rewire lamps so I was not able to use the coupon for the work I needed done.

After getting the part it took me 2 phone calls for him to get back to me. Then had to make another calll and he called back to say it will be either Mon or Tues. Then got call he would be here between 10-12 am on Tues. He was here and did the job in no time. I would reconmend them for any job.
